Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Was disappointed with room service as it seemed very haphazard.
Fabulous location close to the Tivoli Gardens. Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast was very good but could do with a better variety of fruit.

Single duvets on a double/king bed

I was kindly upgraded from a single room to a double room but had to move due to an issue with the toilet. The upgraded room was amazing, on the 5th floor but still had issues like it was very warm (no A/C), I could only find 2 plugs for phone chargers, 1 of which needed to be used for the bedside lamps, and the TV was unusable (the operating system needed upgrading and wasn’t functional). Otherwise comfy and quiet room!
Beautiful property. Nice bar in the lobby for a cocktail. Cool retro style of the hotel and room. Amazing central location. I asked for a quiet room and got a room facing the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. Very lovely and helpful staff

Room was tiny: the second-smallest room we've ever stayed in, I think. Sort of affected the comfort level a little.
Kind staff, good location, filter coffee in the room, slick check-in and checkout, adequately-equipped bathroom. If I visit Copenhagen again I'm likely to choose this hotel.

For a 'deluxe' room it seemed a bit on the small side, especially the bathroom. There was little storage for clothes so we had to live mainly out of our suitcases. There's a coffee maker in the room but the pods weren't renewed after the first night. The system to indicate if you want to have the room made up the next day is a bit confusing - we were told to hang a sign outside the door saying 'Please make up the room' the night before but that the cleaners wouldn't come until the afternoon. But we did as instructed and the cleaners knocked twice, from 10.30am onwards, making us feel a bit under pressure to get moving before midday. Most concerningly, a few months after making the reservation we received a message (via Booking.com) asking us to reconfirm the payment details or the reservation would be cancelled. Upon further investigation, it appears that the hotel had been a victim of some kind of scam but we never received a full explanation and I had to cancel my credit card to avoid my details being compromised. Finally, the luggage storage facilities are too small - we needed to leave our bags on the final day and finding space for them was somewhat challenging!
The best thing is the location. We were using this as a base to attend the Eurovision Song Contest so the fact the hotel was a short walk from the station was a real bonus. It was good to have access to a fitness suite and the staff were generally very friendly. The lobby area is impressive. The bed was comfortable.

Bed was too soft and would have like more tea/coffee/milk in the room. Complementary water would have been a nice gesture.

Overall it is good, but I never figure out how to adjust the air conditioner in the room.
Location is very center and easy to access from the CPH airport. There is an open air event cross street, and it is bit noisy during night time.

There were a concert going on just opposite, so there were noise till 11 PM. It might be an anomaly and not a regular thing. If you like disco and concerts, it is great

We booked two superior rooms. The bathrooms are small, which, of course, the hotel can not change, however, due to bad solutions in the bathroom (e.g., the sink is so poorly designed that there is no option to wash your face without splashing the bathroom or hitting yourself). However, what the hotel can do is to at least provide a towel for the floor, and this way, you are forced to use one of the regular towels.We had a very early flight, so we had to leave the hotel at 7 am, the breakfast we paid for also started at 7 am. When we asked the day before, if we could get a sandwich to take away, they refused us without explanation. Also, there are no disposable slippers in the room nor any sponge for cleaning shoes.
The location is very central, 10 min walk to most attractions. Very close to Tivoli Park. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are very clean.
