A wonderfully calm, comfortable and tranquil place to stay in the center of the island - up to 45 minute drive from almost everywhere (and a bit less to the airport and Palma). A fully equipped kitchen, a swimming pool assigned only for that 150m2 house (200 years old!) makes it a great option for a family or a group of friends. However, you need a car to get there and to explore the island. The owners, a father and a son, were true hosts, kind and attentive. The house is immaculately clean and it has anything one would need for a memorable stay.

It was all pretty amazing. I would suggest providing salt/pepper/sugar as these can only be bought in quantities way bigger than required for short stays. We left our oil/vinegar hoping someone else could use them. No non-stick pan utensils/wooden spoon were provided, despite all frypans being non-stick - we didn't ask for these, but I'm sure they would have been provided if we did.

Idyllic location in the quiet countryside just outside Petra, up a slight hill, with a view of Bonany. Spectacular views, friendly people on site (gardener, man who greeted us and checked in on us). Large dining/kitchen/lounge area; kitchen had almost everything we needed for cooking and staying for a week, although no chopping board or salad bowl but they were provided on asking. Pool was chilly, but refreshing as the weather was exceptionally hot for late April. Garden was well-kept and had some beautiful scent-filled roses blooming. Two friendly cats in the yard. Tinkling of sheep bells, baaing of new lambs, wandering local peacock crowing :-).

We were looking forward to swim in the pool but it was under construction. Maybe add this information on the website of booking.com? Now it states the pool is open all year.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful mansion and location. Very quiet. Beautiful garden en surroundings. Very comfortable and well equiped appartement. The tourist highlights of Mallorca are easy to reach. Everything is very well maintained. We recommend it!

I stayed in two different units. The heat was not adequate for cold weather in January. In one unit there was no hot water in the kitchen or shower. we were freezing.

The villa we was given was excellent in respect of value. Own pool and 1000 sq foot. Shame its been removed from the market as a hotel/finca. 100% would return if it was available.

Our villa garden was used by the farm staff as a short cut which got annoying after a few times. This is a working farm so to be expected.

We love the location and space that these apartments offer , we were given a two bed Villa at the back our the main house which was excellent with separate pool just for our use. The owner is on hand with little fuss for check in and out.

The house and the quiet location was perfect for us. We really loved this place, the well equipped kitchen, the terrasse, the pool and felt like at home. The finca is in the middle of the island so all the beaches and Palma we were able to reach within 30 minutes. We we very pleased by the hospitality of the hosts. It is a secret escape in Mallorca and we can definitely recommend it 👍

Only negative thing was that the big kitchen was not well equiped (there´s an oven but no oven dish, no beater, no mixer, no salad bowls...)

Everything else; big bed, great matress, beautiful surroundings and swimming pool, very nice owner who brought us eggs and some vegetables from the garden. There´s a washing machine to your disposal.

The shower had a bad smell every time we turned it on, but only for the first 1-2 minutes, then it got better. We weren’t sure if it came from the water itself or the drain. We reported this to the owner at the end of our stay and he said he would take care of it. The ventilation system in the bathroom could also be improved, as the bathroom window is quite small and it takes a while for the humid air to come out after a hot shower. Beach/pool towels were easily made available upon request, but could have been already in the room to facilitate.

The villa is super charming, exactly as seen in the pictures. Beautiful view to the countryside of Mallorca. The garden is very well kept and the pool area too. Room is very spacious. The owner was very welcoming and brought us fresh eggs. The kitchen had all utensils needed for cooking, but we only actually used the coffee machine, toaster and plates for breakfast. The nearby village Petra has a couple of nice restaurants. The villa is centrally located in the middle of Mallorca and perfect for travelers who want to explore the island and its many beaches/mountains with a rental car (30-60 min to any place in Mallorca - south, north, west and east).

Wonderful place to stay, perfect treatment, location - breathtaking. Very good contact with the owner. We stayed 15 days, every request was fulfilled. Amazed by nature and the cleanliness of the place must say that this vocation was perfect.
