Same 6 songs on repeat by the pool. This is enough to send you crazy. Not a lot of choice for breakfast but loads of options in local restaurants.

Hotel in a great location to beach / restaurants although be careful of steep hills. Rooms clean and comfortable. Ramp up to hotel and lifts available, wheelchair friendly. Reception staff friendly.

Breakfast was really bad, almost didn’t want to have it at all, which was a shame because the hotel itself is good. Fix your breakfast!

The state of the room was not perfect - the shower was leaking, the lock in the toilet did not work, one of the windows had a chink. It did not ruin our overall impression, but these rooms required some maintenance for sure.

We really liked the food - there was a lot of various meals in the restaurant and everything was tasty.

Food options were just ok - if you don’t like fish/seafood it’s not ideal as this was the majority of food every day. Smell from toilet in the bathroom every now and again, not a major issue but not great.

Good location, 10/15 minute walk to the main promenade but local shops and restaurants nearby also. Pool area was clean and spacious. Small beach opposite with a 10 minute walk to main beach.

Sun bed booking is theoretically forbidden, but everyday, ALL sunbeds were booked by the same people at 9:00 in the morning. NOBODY from the hotel staff tell them nothing, so it was not possible to be laid down on a sunbed on the swimming pool, really sad. The hotel should make people to follow the rules. Cleaning of our room was always around 15:00, when we were already resting after lunch, very late. Lift is RIDICULOUSLY slow. You have to wait 5 mins or more at meal hours, and they are now working very well. In addition, there was very bad smell on the room that came from the toilet, there was some problems with the toilet/shower piping.

Nice restaurant and very kind people in the restaurant. Specially Edgar, really nice!

Their pools are small, and they close very early, at least four hours before sunset. The staff is not so friendly and the internet connection is poor. It is also very Crowley. Not a real 4star hotel, and not value for money.

It is really close to the beach and the breakfast is good.

The cleaning service was awful, they didn't change our sheets not even once in our stay...and the mattresses were awful, metallic like army, extremely uncomfortable to sleep in, the door of the balcony did not close well so we always had air entering, no phone service, the lock of the bathroom broken, despite signalling all this, nothing was done or changed...

Very near to the beach and all you need (shoos, pharmacie, etc) around.

We love staying at your hotel we been there a few time all staff are brilliant from house keeping to bar staff and staff at reception nothing was to much for them if we needed anything we be back again soon

Jammed full of hoardes of unsupervised teenagers on holiday, it was like a teenage zoo, they arrived by the coach load daily. Unbearable noise in corridors and balconies all night long. Intimidating, unpleasant.

Always a long wait for the lift as we were on 8 floor aslo was very slow during busy times in the morning for breakfast, and in the evening the bar staff didn't understand when ordering as they don't have much English. Would have like to had more entertainment & activities during the day at the swimming pool area.

Enjoyed the swimming pool, the breakfast was OK plenty of choice, room was nice had a big balcony with a sea & pool view. Location was good close to the beach and near to restaurant, bar & shopping.

The cocktails and smoothies at the bar weren't the best - made with cheap ingredients.

The junior suites were really spacious, big, comfy beds. The staff were very helpful, the buffet restaurant had loads of choice.

It was an amazing time and amazing resort, exceptional customer service, thank to Staff members as Laura, Myledi and Inga in a bar. Thank you very much for unforgettable holidays and beautiful memories. My son, Xavier, mentioned that he would like to work there in a few years time, when adult. Highly recommend and definitely will come back in a future!!!

The cleaning stuff didn't done there job good enough. I was excited clean and shiny bath room and WC. But it was not.

Location Three pools We had two beautiful see view rooms. Small refrigerator. Evenings entertainments. Restaurants themes, like Mexican and Brazilian. Breakfast was included. As a hotel guest you pay 12 euro for adults and 8 euro for lunch or dinner buffet. drinks extra costs! Very near to busy area and beach

Staff were excellent and hotel facilities and amenities were fantastic. The spa was lovely. Couldn't have had a better stay.
