We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had to move rooms as the room we were given was cold and felt damp, however we moved to a different floor and the room was much warmer. It was February so perhaps the room hadn't been used for a while and we had just had a very cold spell. The bar and restaurant were beautiful but also cold due to high ceilings and stone walls but I'm sure would be lovely and cool in the summer months. There were builders on site so that may have contributed to the cold with windows or doors having to be left open. Breakfast was served at the table rather than buffet which was ok but it meant having to wait for staff to refill drinks.
Excellent location. I asked for non dairy alternative milk and margarine for breakfast and they did supply the milk which was good. The menu was limited for me due to allergies but the chef came to see me and asked what I was hoping for and made the most delicious dish from scratch for me. I would definitely eat there again, we all really enjoyed the meal.

United KingdomOur room clearly hadn’t been checked before we arrived. We believe the room hadn’t been used for quite some time since the changeover from the last guests. In the corner where the suitcase stand was there was dust or flaking from the exposed stone wall and near the low table in between the beds was a very dehydrated insect which we believed to be a cockroach. I have photos to show this. Had anyone taken time to check the room they would have noticed this.

CanadaWe were there during a heat wave and a larger fan on the third floor would have been nice. I have to say that we didn’t ask for one so it might be possible that there was one available.
The staff was very friendly and went out of their way even though we didn’t speak French well. The food in the restaurant was fantastic.

United Kingdomarrived mid afternoon only to find the reception closed until four o'clock and so couldn't access my room. had to wait around for an hour for reception to open. then found that the restaurant was closed that night and there was nowhere open that did food couldn't wait to leave!!
