Big, spacious rooms. Just 10 minutes walk to the city center, half an hour walk to Pommard. Very nice ambience, room had a terasse overlooking the vineyards.

The apartment we had was sparsely furnished could have had more items to make it more comfortable however the weather was cold windy and wet but the apartment was very warm

Excellent location, both to visit the downtown area And the wine areas of Pommard, Mersault and Puligny-Montrachet. Room is a spacious and has all the utensils needed. Beautiful view of vineyards and the sunset.

Easy to find, to park, to go to the room. first floor. For breakfast, delicious , level-1.... a bit strange to go " down" ..... But with light and windows, Staff useful and very pleasant.

The bathroom could use some refurbishing. Also the breakfast option was not that great for the price paid, with no hot meal option given.

Great location but the entrance was not easy to find, the address given leads you to the back of the residence. The room size is great for a family of 4.

Apartment not very homely,and sofa not v comfortable. Slightly odd to be holidaying in an old age peoples residence.

Stopped off on route to south of France to visit family. Stopped for one night so wanted something reasonable where we could stay in one room. Was perfect with kitchen facilities and bedroom and pull out bed - balcony - lots of room and friendly staff

Room was large and had a balcony. Car park was convenient, free and secure. Good kitchenette which was really useful. We have stayed here a number of times with our children and each time it has been of the same high standard of cleanliness and comfort. It is easy to walk into Beaune centre and a nice quiet stay with good air conditioning.

Not much, likely only a few details, not worthwhile to mention.

A somewhat strange hotel that is simultaneously a hotel and also offers flats for senior citizens and the elderly. But that purely aside. Perfect place for a stopover on (return) way to the (north/)south, especially for people taking their bikes on holiday. The hotel offers a secure on-site parking area, where we could simply leave our electric bikes on the back of the car without worry. Beaune city centre is within walking distance from the hotel and is definitely worth a visit (especially the Hôtel Dieu, not to be missed!). The hotel is quiet, a bit away from the street and traffic. We had a comfortable fully equiped appartment with fine bed and clean sanitary facilities. Breakfast is typically French, but certainly satisfactory. Very satisfied, we would stay there again should the opportunity arise.

Well positioned to visit the Bourgogne countryside, absolute kindness of personnell, good services, very confortable private parking. Quite well equipped and totally silent apartment, with a lift to reach the floor. Elegant and very ckean common spaces. Very nice gardens

The bed in the living room as broken ( we needed only one bed so it was ok) but it should be fixed.

Location is good, the room is spacious and has a kitchenette that is nicely organised. Big table and chairs too.
