There was no parking in the hotel and we had to find it in the city.

the bathroom and toilet it’s not well designed the bidet it’s in a wrong place it should be in the toilet. the shower there’s should be a shower curtain water splashing all over the floor will ruin flooring in a long term I’m sure it would not suitable for people who cannot sit while showering like me who got knee problem. water temperature is very good. the bed is perfect

it’s close to the grotto and getting great assistance from the staff/reception, specially Ms Margarida - reception and a staff in dinning room which we can communicate with Portuguese Language.

There was old dirt in the corner of the room, and an old medication pack when I moved the bed

Staff were great rooms were not great, we got a room on the 8th floor 1st and the whole room was vibration with the air-conditioning unit on the room I had to change rooms to the 6th floor, no air-conditioning on this floor and rooms were very warm

- wifi was not a bit too slow - breakfast was a bit expensive, although in corona times, they tried their best to give choice in the buffet breakfast.

The hotel lobby was gorgeous, however the bedroom was cramped, kept banging my legs off the end of the bed as there was not enough room to go around. The bathroom was a let down for a 3 star hotel, I hate when there is not a proper shower, just a shower head in the bath, could do with a update. Had a 3 night stay and only got clean towels once, and had to ask for toilet paper as it was not replaced, having said all that, it was good value for money

Amenities old. The rooms need a good refurbishment- dated decor inside the room.

Amazing space at reception. We were in different rooms so would regroup downstairs and chat, play cards, talk. The space was big so almost felt private. Decor is amazing. Staff absolutely amazing. Very very helpful.

Staff are welcoming, obliging and very helpful. Lovely and clean. Would definitely stay again when I return, recommend for sure as its proximity to the sanctuary and grotto is five minutes. Thank you 😊

I got different room than I had booked.. I asked receptionist, who was very kind, to change the room and it was slighty better, but still it was not the room that I ordered. The bathroom looks like in 90’s. It was far from the place that I would like to take a shower after long journey, more like place that I need to. Also it was not as clean as it should be. I think we could find a better place to stay in this price.

Rooms are quite allright, comfortable, refurbished and clean, EXPECT BATHROOM. Lobby is very cosy and the restaurant is nice also - we had breakfast only.
