The noise from the airport . It wasn't too intrusive but when the planes were reving especially early morning. The double glazed windows did block this out . The weather was warm so had them open at tnight

We mainly self catered. The 2 dinners we did have in the restaurant were excellent . It was the first time we had eaten polenta and parmesan chips they were delicious, Service was very friendly and prompt

Everything there you could need! Incredibly helpful staff, beautiful scenic facilities Don’t forget to look out for squirrels on the golf course, and bats at sunset from the balcony or over the headland So many activities on site!

That it was a cashless resort. We had mostly cash with us and couldn’t use it at the resort. There was no bar to sit in or at.

The food was beautiful in the restaurant. Resort was nice, clean and well maintained. Kids loved the activities. We hired bikes which was good too.

Everything was lovely

The lodge was so comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay, it felt like home. The hot tub was also a bonus which I was not expecting. The included activities also meant we could keep our one year old busy

Aircraft noise was a small distraction.

Hot tub, quiet time of year, our Irish neighbour was very helpful, loved the cottage, will be back next year we had a great time.

The outdoor pool was not open (although we might not have used it anyway as the lodges had their own hot tub).

The setting was beautiful and the quality of the resort was perfect. Was great for kids to have the Jump Jersey and Creepy Valley on site too.

some people had sun loungers and we did not! would be good if there was a small shop on site to buy milk etc. also hooks on doors to hang coats would be goo.

The hot tub felt like it had too much chlorine in it. There was a coffee machine there which needed pods, it would have been good to have had a small selection of coffee pods for when we arrived.

•The travelling noise. The chalets are paper thin. Whilst noise during the day wasn’t an issue for us, the last night I did have to email and then ring the duty manager as people enjoying a chat and drink after midnight was clearly heard in our bedroom. These people really did nothing wrong- but the chalets are that thin We could have answered them and joined in the conversation it was that clear. (Our bedroom backed onto their front deck). I shouldn’t have to phone- quiet time should be a priority and explained to all on arrival. •no air conditioning - very hot inside as again- thin walls, quick to heat up. And no way of cooling the inside down.

•We loved the location: proximity to beach & shops, and distance to airport. •We adored the hot tub. A real treat and our favourite part of each day. •The size of the complex: not too big. •The chalets and the layout- aesthetically pleasing. •Little touches like the Nespresso, pool towels, and even milk left for us on arrival. The wash up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing powder, tea towels - every little thing made a huge impact on me. Thank you
