    Nothing!

The studio was lovely and spacious, was equipped with everything we needed! The surrounding area is beautiful. Would definitely come and stay again. We met Kelly on arrival she was lovely and helpful! Have to say it was the best greeting and farewell I’ve ever had with 2 doggies and the cutest baby on arrival and the 2 doggies came to stay goodbye on the way out! Excellent pooch service!

No phone connection or wi fi and as we were waiting for family news it was inconvenient.

This was a self catering venue so not applicable

Nice and spacious/airy for a one room plus bathroom apartment. Well-designed space and spotlessly clean. Kelly and her Dad were lovely people, very friendly and very helpful. We were loaned walking books from Kelly and her Dad kindly offered us a lift to the start of a walk.We didn't take him up on this as he was already really busy working on their next project! We would happily stay again and hope all goes well for the family with their future plans there.

Within easy reach of a local village and store, this is in the heart of the rolling well farmed countryside, within easy reach of the upper tweed valley. A real local gem is the Dawyck Botanic Garden. An outstation of the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh, it has a huge and interesting collection of trees, set on a hillside beside the River Tweed. Nice views and so peaceful. Great place for all ages! All facilities.
