The car park is small and unpleasant. The pool was out of action while we were there which was really annoying as the weather was terrible.

The standard room was a reasonable size and the twin beds were comfortable and we had a nice balcony. We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and were pleasantly surprised at how good and inexpensive the food was. The Maitre D' was incredibly helpful.

First of all it's not a big deal but it would've been nice if the hotel staff could mention upfront that if you want to use the pool you'll need your own swimming cap per each person. The entry to the pool is forbidden without it. Second thing regarding the pool - local swimming lessons 4 times a week between 4PM to 9PM so if you're planning on swimming do it in the morning. Another thing that was a bit dull is the breakfast. It wasn't awful or something like that - but the variety is limited to the minimum. Basically the same thing every morning, the scrambled eggs are baked so they're not moist and very very dry, no cold cuts variety, no cheese variety only dry Suluguni (which should be moist like mozzarella) or the Immeretian cheese which is a no-no for me. Could improve on the breakfast thing. Besides the above everything is great!!!

The location is just superb! Although we knew that Batumi is a small city and we'll be travelling by foot for most of the time, this location made it even easier - 5 mins to this attraction, 10 mins to the other. The hotel staff was very helpful with our questions and requests and did everything with a smile. Both hotel staff & Emerald restaurant staff speak English & Russian very well - so no communication problems here. Our room was a suite on the 9th floor with an amazing sea view and the famous Batumi boulevard & the dancing fountains. Everything was clean and cozy. Most of all, our kids had a great time there knowing they have their own room all for themselves. Great value for your money.

Dogs barking almost 24/7,noisy cars and motorcycle drivers, people talking loud in the street, also a construction site in front of the hotel.

The shower is the best shower I ever seen in any hotel worldwide before, water was strong and warm enough, breakfast was great and rich enough.

The balcony area of the pool was closed which might have been seasonal. It was a lovely day though and it would have been nice to sit outside. It would have been nice to have furniture on the balcony.

Good value for money and location. Staff were incredible and helpful - they helped me print some important documents I needed. Good sized bed and quiet at night.

The windows are not noice isolated well enough. The fan in our room was way to loud.

Location and value for money was great! Easy access to the main street and to the beach as well. I add two photos, from two windows in my room - the difference is stark, and the so called mountain view is a big difference to the sea/main street view.
