Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Communication with the hotel via Booking was in a very unpleasant way. The room was oddly organised. There is a kettle, but no cups, spoons or tea (for example). The room is a bit dirty. There were not enough towels. We had to ask for them separately. The shower is in a terrible state, everything leaks, it is not clear how the shower head works. Technically the room was not prepared to receive guests.
The staff was pleasant and correct, but the rooms are not ready to receive guests

I think we had a bit of a problem with the shower/toilet drain, but it didn't bother us much, as we stayed just for one night.
Generally everything was nice, we liked our stay here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Had zero issues here. Interesting decision with floor to ceiling window.

No balcony (according to booking,com the 'Superior room' should have one). I needed to ask for some additional furniture and stuff (no cups or hangers, just one chair in a room booked for 3 people).
Perfect location, spacious and bright room, comfortable beds, cleanliness in a room (cleaning every 2-3 days if you ask for it), nice ladies at the reception desk.

I was able to book the room right at the check in day. Quite a convenient location - 20 mins walking distance from the main Batumi attractions and 10-15 mins from Batumi Mall or the beach. There was a spacious room with the windows facing the city. I also loved nice and helpful staff.

Great location, It is close to the sea. It is close to both old and new Batumi. Staff was very friendly. Rooms is comfortable and clear.

Our parents stayed at the hotel for a vacation. The location was great, near the park and the sea. All the markets were nearby, as well. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. One of the guy helped to set up the TV so that they could watch football championship:) and They also changed one room because something was wrong in the first one. Breakfasts were tasty.:) And the parents were absolutely pleased with the gift at the end of their stay! They really appreciated it!

Very, very poor breakfast. Felt more like a hostel breakfast, not a 4 star hotel.
Very good location, you can check in any time without paying extra. Very helpful staff.

The breakfast was the same every day, however it was delicious.
The location is great, you can walk to the Ali and Nino statue. There are some shops nearby.

Air conditioning was not functioning well, and they fix it immediately
The receptionist are so cooperative, supportive, helpful and so kind people including their special manager, they were always ready and seeking to help and support. They even allowed to check-in in a late night without any issue or extra cost. The hotel is so close to the beach and the center of the city. There was a free breakfast at the top level (level 9), and they even offered me a certified PCR test in the hotel itself (paid separately).

Only the room service they didn't come to clean the room and I guess I had to ask for it. Also the toilet was too tight.. The whole space of WC is so good but the toilet is so tight between a wall and the bathroom that you've to close your leg a little bit 😅😅 There was no trash bin in the room
The most awesome staff I've ever seen.. The reception girl was so nice and afforded everything she can do Lado also was so awesome and generous.. He drove me to the airport The hotel afforded a free breakfast for the whole days and I asked for a late check out and they agreed free of charge as well Thanks for everything and hope to see you all soon.. Love you guys ❤️❤️

That on the second day , housekeeper didn’t even visit our room to make up
Easy to communicate . They have arranged for us early check in , so we could rest after long journey . Very friendly staff, they offered us local treats as hospitality matter , also complimentary water was distributed each time we were heading to the elevator. And by the end of the trip complimentary coffee on the reception area was offered! It was such a nice experience , rooms are spacious, clean .

The staff of the property is very friendly and helpful. I lost my key card, and was worried about paying the fine, but they forgave it for me and did not charge me. I like the service and location. Overall great for the price!

It is a bit oldish and rustic, don’t expect fresh and clean. Unfortunately sound isolation is not there at all and guests who stayed in apartments with balconies smoked a lot and smell comes easily into upper apartments even through closed windows.
