The whole guesthouse is great, stone and wood are the main materials surrounding you blending with the environment. The breakfast was great, a variety of fresh and home-made local delicacies and the view from the breakfast are is amazing, clear view of the Pagasitikos Bay from mountain to sea!

What did we like? The list is rather long. Beautiful room, nicely decorated, with a great view over the golf. Very clean. Really good breakfast, diverse, with home made food, served on a terrace with the same amazing view as the room. The host was very nice and welcoming. Also Milies is a beautiful town, worth visiting.

Within easy walking distance of the central Plateia of Milies. Good starting point for hikes in the Pilion and down to the sea. Some parking spaces available at the hotel Very rich breakfast. Amazing view from rooms and terrace of the breakfast room. Comfortable room, good beds and bathroom. Owners friendly, but with limited ability to speak English.

The view from our room's balcony was out of this world! The room was super clean and the bathroom was the highlight of the room, it must have been recenlty renovated. The stuff was also very friendly and helpful! Thank you very much for everything!

perfect place, balcony with wonderful view, excellent breakfast on open area with excellent view, very comfortable and clean room, excellent restaurant 500 meters down the street. We recommend the walking path down to Kala Nera beach. It starts before the train station (there is a sign), it took us ~ 2 hours each direction of easy walking.

This was a lovely family run hotel! The family who run it were so lovely and really contributed to the special feel of the place. The breakfast was incredible full of home made food like butter, jam and honey! The rooms were really big with fantastic views and the location was perfect for Milies. Can’t recommend this place enough!

What a beautiful place! We had a room with the balcony and the sea view. Both the room and the whole house have a very beautiful design, all made with a good taste, wonderful dining room with the balcony, everywhere was very clean. The breakfast was excellent, rich and tasty. When my wife had a problem, we got a special service. Thank you very much! This apartment is highly recommended.

My only negative comment would be that the shower room was not overly large. It was adequate. Occasionally, we could hear other guests moving around.

Breakfast was huge and delicious with a wide variety of foods. We particularly liked the yoghurt. Constantin was very helpful and patient with our attempts to learn some Greek words. The setting was beautiful and as it was just outside the main part of the village it was quiet. Had to juggle the parking a bit but there was enough room. The room was spacious with a terrace and view. It was in a good location as it was not too far from a main road to take you to the coast or further into the mountains.

Big and spacious comfortable room with a balcony with beautiful view of the sea. Excellent breakfast. Good shower. There is a fridge and an option to boil water in the room. There is a good restaurant 70 meters away (Aloni) and more options in the town center (400 meters away).
