I recommend some toothbrush-holders. Also it felt a little impersonal, cause we only got to see staff once during our stay for 3 nights. Some people might not like this. Beware that the apartment is situated right in the centre of Old Town Chania. If you're looking for sth quiet this might not be the right place for you.

Authentic, little studio apartment situated right in Chanias Old Town. Charming, especially for those who want to have some privacy. Its furniture is mainly functional. Cute breakfast served at Café Ela downstairs, super friendly and hearty staff working there. (Fresh Orange Juice, good coffee, food ok) Thanks for the late check out, it was much appreciated.

The location in the old historic city centre was amazing. We were aware that it might be a bit noisy at night, because of all the restaurants but surprisingly it wasn't, so we had no problem with that. The apartment is interesting with a bedroom on the mezzanine, it was clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. We got wonderful, delicious breakfasts in the tavern right next to the apartment.

As it’s downtown, there’s a lot of party around, and at night even with the window closed it’s hard to fall asleep with all the noise of people walking around.

The location is amazing, is literally in the old town, where everything happens. 5 minutes walk to the bus station so it’s easy to move in the island. The room was very clean and very cute, and everybody was taking photos of the building; it was adapted to the culture and architecture of the town. The staff was very very nice, explained us different activities to do, how to move around Crete, provided us with a map, and solved all our doubts. Definitely would recommend it.

Excellent location...3 minutes to the waterfront, 8 minutes to bus stop..breakfast was delicious - 3 types to choose from , fresh orange juice, coffee and good bread. Big patio where you can hang your laundry or just sit around to relax.

The owner met us in a restaurant and dropped the keys, they let us check in 2-3 hours earlier as we came on the island pretty early in the morning. The restaurant was offering as well breakfast for our accommodation. We weren't just able to check in early, we even were set up with a free breakfast. All people super chatty and helpful! Fully recommend.

I didn't like the fact that the restaurant didn't provide us breakfast as was mentioned and also didn't inform in advance. They gave us money which is fine but I would have liked to have an alternative breakfast option.

The location of the property is amazing. Its very close to the main centre and has a lot of places to hang out around.

Staying in Chania old town in October was wonderful - still plenty going on but quieter. Just a few steps to great tavernas, and with breakfast at Ela included every morning, I don’t think you could choose a more perfect spot for a short break. Beautiful place, loved it.

I wished the breakfast would have started earlier. It was served between 9-11 which meant that we missed it on days when we had planned activities starting at 9. Other than that everything was great!

Perfect location in one one of the prettiest streets in Chania old town. Tasty breakfast, comfy bed, and easy to reach host through email. The host helped us a lot with airport transfer and check in in the middle of the night.

Lovely apartment with a character that helps you get the feel of Chania, with a nice terrace (advice: wake up early to see the beautiful sunrise and listen to the amazing bird concert while drinking your morning coffee); an excellent location ( avg 5 min walk to everything you might need, a beautiful area of Chania). Really lovely and helpful people: Yannis and Dimitris, waiters in Ela Taverna, the cleaning lady, and the taxi driver who brought me from/to an airport.

*The room was small and old. Only a couch for 1 person and a bed . Why in a room for a couple the couch is single? *The balcony was nice but we had a balcony right in front of us that had a direct view to our bed . *The wifi didn’t work and we had to go down to the restaurant for internet. * in the room there wasn’t a big mirror so we can check our outfit, only small mirrors. * we had no blanket on the bed and we find it out only late at night and after we searched we find one in the closet but it felt and smelled like a used one but we had no choice but using it.

The address was hard to find for the car service person speaking the language - we walked to an incorrect place with the same address first. The apartment was at 2 flights of stairs (no elevator) and then was a split level - extremely hard to use for older people. The whole apartment is very small, had hardly any place to keep our luggage. The kitchen is super small, the fridge is under the stairs and dish drying area for the kitchen is also under the stairs.

Breakfast was at a restaurant next to the apartment and was great Location is good - right in the middle of old town Host was very nice and good to talk to. He was very helpful as well - to his best. Due to challenges below, the host moved us to a different apartment after one day, but that apartment had its own different issues.

It was only small little niggles, nothing major. The biggest niggle, was the card that allows you to turn the lights and use electric in the apartment (like in hotels when you put your key card into the little slot) was attached to and couldn't be removed from the key chain. So at night, when it is very dark you're fumbling with your phone to use the light on it to lock the door and or use the safe in the room. The other thing (I imagine more because we came before 'peak season' really starts) was there was no-one in the office downstairs, and communication (because my phone would only work through WiFi) had to be via email if we had any questions or queries. But these are two minor things, everything else was brilliant.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of the old town harbour. Can be noisy, but didn't bother us but may bother other people. The included breakfast is a great deal. Very comfy, enough space for two of us, lovely little balcony, clean room, shower room works perfectly, host was very friendly and welcoming and pointed out a few places to go and see.
