Clean, cosy apartment with everything you need inside. Perfect location. The owner Soko was awesome. Very helpful and gave us a lot of information about Split. He arranged parking for our rental car. Best apartment owner we ever met.

Honestly, no room for improvement that I can think of.

The location couldn't be better. It was a 30 second walk to the statue to meet our tour group; and a 90 second to 5 minute walk to anything else. The owner is fantastic. Parking is limited and expensive within the city; and he meets you near the place and parks your car for you at his private residence for only $10/day and then brings your car whenever you need it to get around. Its so easy to get around the city by walking that we didn't need our car until the last day when we went to the beach and climbing area above the beach (Marjan).

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Would highly recommend. Hosts were amazing. So helpful. Split is lovely. We used buses also to get around. Krka falls beautiful...Klis fortress worth a visit as is Salona....fabulous walk in Marjan Park as recommended by our host. All in all a fab week!!

Really good location within the old palace. Really nice breakfast in nearby restaurant. Room made up every day which I hadn’t expected as it was an apartment, so that was great. The host was really friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was some wine and other drinks for us which was also really appreciated. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Couldn’t fault!

Not so much what I didn’t like, but I was unwell during my stay. The rooms are located above a lively traditional Konoba tavern, so food and drinks are right on your doorstep. If you are seeking a little more quiet another option could be the host’s Grgur Ninski rooms.

Overall extremely happy. We went to bed early due to early flight the next day and it was a little noisy from a bar nearby. However it was Saturday night and it probably stopped about 11pm.

We left early in the morning, but were packed a very nice breakfast the day before

English tv was rubbish just 1 channel in the morning however we weren't there to watch tv so it didn't matter

Very friendly and accomdating host with great communication. Good location near shops, bars and restaurants. 5minute walk to Split Riva. We were given breakfast vouchers for the 2 mornings we stayed there, to a nearby Cafe (5min walk) and it was great, one less meal to think about. Will definitely stay here again!

the air con didn’t seem to cool much whatever setting. ok for our stay but may not be cool enough in hot weather

lovely apartment. triple glazing kept out the noise from late drinkers outside. host was very helpful greeting us to and from the apartment which is not accessible by car. really helpful being able to leave our luggage at another location nearby for a (very) late flight home.

stylish and a good space. Very comfortable bed, great shower. Spotlessly clean too. it was also cool and quiet even though it was in the heart of the old town. fabulous. Also check in and out with our host was really lovely- a very friendly and really helpful host.
