Working time of medical spa pools- there are a lot of different times in pools and sauna area, so sometimes its hard to understand when it works or not. We usually like coming to spa area at 20:00 in the evening, but medical spa pool was already closed. Except fridays and saturdays.

Breakfast and dinner was tasty, a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. Good choice of meat and cheeses. And what is very important for me-very clean hotel.

Delicious food, helpful staff, nice and clean doublebed standard room. Very nice pools, wellness and warm mineral water pools inside and outside. Nice Heviz town with many shops and with big nature lake with warm mineral water in the center of the town.

Only 2 things to improve: 1. No cooling pool in the sauna - that is a must have for proper sauna experience 2. Very limited choice of fruits for breakfast

The hotel is exceptional and the stay was great overall. Very children friendly with fabulous playroom. Beautiful pools that were not overcrowded. Every little detail seems to be thought of and well-designed.

Room requires a slight renovation. It was a bit noisy during a day in the room due to its location near the entrance to the pool area.

Location of the hotel is amazing - 10-15 min walking to the lake, 5-10 to the city center. Room is nice, cozy and clean. Breakfast and dinner are stunning. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The territory is well organized and tidy. Spa /medical complex is amazing, a lot of various treatments. Cleaning is general is on a very high level.

Everything was great, our room was spacious and comfortable, staff were professional and friendly. We loved the facilities, pool area wasn't too crowded despite the hotel being full. Spa did exceed our expectations! Have tried the gym as well, basic equipments are provided for a quick excercise. We had half board, 2 choices for main meal at the evening, and plenty of side dishes. cheese and salad choices were fantastic! Traditional dessert such as aranygaluska, and the mini sacher slices won me over! :) At breakfast, also loads of choices from sweet to savory, coffees, teas and juices. Would definitely recommend it for couples and families with young children as well as there were many child friendly activities available every day. 5* from us, thanks so much!!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Európa Fit. The staff all over the hotel was exceptionally nice, the room was nice and spacious and we were also happy with the food served at the restaurant, as well as the spa and the wellness services.

Room was great, only thing missing was more hooks to hang wet towels/robes, etc. Food was good, only the bread wasn’t very tasty and a few kids’ options would have been great. We booked massages at the Spa. My masseuse was friendly, but seemed hurrried and distracted. Her phone went off once, plus 2x on vibrate, and 2x she talked with someone who opened the door to our room. Also, no relaxing music or smells or anything. So all in all it was ok, but not very relaxing. A few more Kids Club activities would be nice, we were in the playroom 3x and never saw anybody there. The only 2 announced activities were at times we were out.

Family room was excellent: spacious, modern and practical! Lots of closet space, an electric kettle for coffee/tea, mini fridge, two TVs, etc.. Hotel and the room were very clean and well maintained. Pool was nice, we only used the kids pool and adjacent pool. Kids pool was very warm, the large one was warm enough. The little Playroom was nice, our kids enjoyed it. Unfortunately not many kids club activities, we missed them all. Food was good, not that many choices but enough, at least for us adults. Waiters were friendly.

The rooms are spatious. The dinner was exceptional when taking half board.It is the perfect place to charge batteries.
