The Well-being Facility is excellent and the hotel is located in the middle of nature so you can enjoy calm restful nights. The restaurant is exceptional offering fantastic Hungarian cuisine and friendly staff.

The temperature in the room was far too high and there was no air conditioning (working). That was the same for all guests, keeping the doors of their rooms open to get a bit of air into the rooms. The restaurant was only open for orders till 21.15 hrs. During breakfast at rush hour some of the staff were eating instead of cleaning up tables etc. Some staff members could be more engaged and client oriented, some were doing great! Not all lights were working in the room. In the minibar there were only alcoholic drinks and even for water you had to go to the bar. Considering the temp in the rooms some complimentary water in the room would have been an option.....I will not

The swimming pool was very nice and really great that it was already open early in the morning. The family room was good with a separate master bedroom and room for kids. The hotel is nicely located in a green environment.

The room is underequiped as no USB ports in the room which made it difficult or even impossible to charge the mobilephones ,the fridge didn't work ,also the lock of the door of the room is not fitted with modern lock which works by card ,there was no "clean my room "sign available in the room to display out the door to make the staff aware of the request ,the lift was abit noisy and is not a smart version, overall the room itself would have been very good if the above mentioned things were available.

Mainly the location as in middle of forest surrounded with trees and the place is quiet which allow guests to relax . The wellness Centre is really nice and Tidy.

The management should check every room and repair all damaged/broken things (broken shower head holder, soap holder, old torn towels, dirty carpet, no fridge, hole in wall filled with napkins, etc.). Breakfast at 8:00 o'clock so poor (no eggs, no sausages, no bread). Pool/Sauna area - people going into sauna with swimsuit on, what is restricted and dangerous, no clock near the sauna to check how long you are in, plastic cup in sauna, not working drinking faucet in pool area WI-Fi in some rooms very poor and slow (and you are in the middle of forest so no signal - therefore need of Wifi) The whole facility is asking for global overview and repairs.

As we found out the hard way, there is at least one wedding on every Saturday. Unfortunately our room was real really close to the event, therefore we couldn’t sleep at all. Also, there were a lot of other issues with our room (spider webs, broken lamp, missing shutters in the bathroom). When we asked for another room at night due to the wedding noise, we received much cleaner and quieter one. The first room we got shouldn’t be available at all for anyone.

The countryside is really nice, the Hotel is close to the lake.
