The hotel has its own large parking lot, but the parking space is charged extra. Price is the same as daily parking on the street. It would be nice if parking for hotel guests was free.

Everything was fine, good location, peace, environment, a lot of greenery... Very close to the lake and the city center. A lot of facilities, swiming pools, spa.. the food is varied and fantastic, for everyone's taste.

Perhaps lower rate, but comparing service and quality still ok. I only missed the drinks in the fridge.

Breakfast and dinner very good. Hotel outside old, but general very clean. Old furniture, but still in very good condition. Good swiming pools, sauna, very professional staff.

Our stay was very enjoyable except for a bit too soft beds. We would appreciate to have a choice of harder beds. Also, we would appreciate a list of drinks with the prices which were not in the scanned QR code. It would help us to orient ourselves better in the selection. Thank you.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Our room was spacial, in a very good condition, the staff was polite, the breakfasts, as well as dinners were very good with a wide variety of choices. The spa itself was great. The termal water basins, the swimming pool both indoor and outdoor, the whirpools and the saunas were a perfect combination for a good relax. We will be back. Thank you.

It would be nice if you did not have to pay extra for the parking. At the time of our stay one of the elevators was out of order and everybody felt the pressure it put on the other two working. The lifts were always very full and as we had a person in a wheelchair, we had no other option but to wait for the next one, and then the next one and so on.

The food was exceptional. The service was great, the members of the staff were lovely. Everything was very clean.

Fantastic stay in Heviz: excellent thermal spa area, huge swimming pool, thermal water pools, saunas, jacuzzis, health treatments, etc. incredible large offer. The dinner and breakfast buffet is excellent, wide variation of dishes, fantastic wine menu also available. The whole complex is perfect of a relaxing stay.

Very beautiful hotel. Food was excellent. There is always something to eat for vegeterians, vegans, lactose free and gluten free food. Dinning place is wonderful. Almost every night you can enjoy yourself with live music. Nice surrounding to take a walk. Close to Balaton. We asked for quiet room on the highest floor and we got it. Thank you.

No pools for kids. Large pool was too cold. It’s stated 28C, but it was colder. Nobody swims there. It would be good that the pool have 30C and it could be used for kids too.

Great wellness facilities and pools, delicious food and nice interiors. We spent our time mostly in the thermal water, outdoor and indoor pools and saunas and all were a great experience. The breakfast and dinner options were plenty.

Something to consider during winter visits - the balcony door in our room couldn't close properly despite being locked with a key, so the room was a bit colder. This wasn't a big problem during the day because we didn't spend much time in the room, but it was at night because of the low outside temperature. Other than that we were satisfied with everything.

The hotel is well-equipped, clean, and at a great location. The food was delicious and the staff was kind and helpful. We had a delightful New Year's Eve celebration and everything was organized at a high level. We particularly enjoyed the spa area and the versatile options it offered. A great experience - highly recommend!
