Sofa bed for the children was small lumpy and uncomfortable. Loud music from the lobby at 21:00 on saturday which disturbed the kids even on the 2nd floor.

Beautiful and huge family room with wonderful view, large terrace. Great breakfast and dinner. Nice, but a bit small playroom. Kind and attentive staff. Great pools.

I think the furniture in the lounge room was quite dated and does need to be replaced. The towels are very old and need to be replaced and would be nice. I note that there was no body lotion as well.

I thought the breakfast was reasonable. I think more vegetarian options would go along way. However, I do understand that they may not be too many vegetarian clients. Just a small point on the side. The French toast was terrible. Please don’t make it.

The windows in my room were covered with children’s hand prints. I also found the room to be a bit run down, stains on carpet and on couch. bathroom door swollen from absorbing standing water from shower. I recognize it is a business that caters to families and children, but it is no excuse for lack of cleanliness and neglect.

The description of the room is city view, garden view, river view. While the view was more than disappointing, and anything but eye pleasing, it did get direct sun most of the day. it was very quiet, which I enjoy.

The ventilator of the central heater system was little bit loud, so during the night I turned it off. The room did not get cold during the night, so still OK. Little dust on the furniture in the room, but still OK, not worse than elsewere.

Dinners as near always in Hungary are included into the room price but all drinks have to be paid extra.

Spacious rooms. Wellness/swimming area extensive but one has to consider that the hotel doesnot have own facilities but offers a direct, covered, access to the public acqua park. Incuded in the price of room.

Restaurant staff, meal (breakfast, dinner) : never again category. Evening in the bar was unbearable (loud and mediocre “musician “). The “music “ was so loud that it was heard even in the room. The room service asked payment not only for the goods but for their “service “ also : the delivery to the room was charged.

My usual choice during my frequent travels to Esztergom. At the moment the pool area is under renovation and there are very few people in the hotel.

The time we were there (Sept '21), the swimming pool was closed due to renovation. This could have been announced on the Booking.com-site. We got an sms just a day before we would arrive.

Nice big hotel with great breakfast, also for kids: there is a big place where kids can play!
