A few small things: Having to pay for a bottle of water that was left in the room - unusual! Bar was very nice but service could be better - waited 10 minutes first day before getting served at the table, then only after asking one of waiters behind the bar if it was self service - he then came immediately (and it was not busy). Each day we had to go to the bar to ask to be served. Spa area is ok although only it only has a small basic pool snack bar. No spa bag provided, very unusual, first time I have stayed at a spa hotel where no bag is provided - lucky we had something with us to use. Getting coffee in the morning took very long - very long queues at the two coffee machines. Maybe more machines are needed. A lot of flies in bathroom on day of arrival.

Breakfast and evening meal was very good with a lot of choice. Nice room with view over Golf Course (Superior double). Even though we were not with children, the play & fun area looked very good and I would recommend this to my daughter who has 2 small children. The Chill area also looked good although we did not use it.

The outside pools could be extended more including more pools may be, especially for summer time.

I liked the thermal pools and the spa (saunas) area. The whole spa facility is very clean and very suitable also for family with kids. The outside pool was awesome during winter.

The only thing we didn´t like was the waitress who was working downstairs in the bar by the bowling. She did not understand any English at all, not even names of drinks, words like "shoes for bowling" etc. In the hotel of this level I would expect staff undertsanding at least basics of English or German. She was not nice as well, looking annoyed that we are talking to her.

We stayed at this hotel for the third time. The accommodation is beautiful and clean, the breakfast and dinner are fantastic and the wellness, which is part of the stay, is great. We will definitely come back again.

Outdoor pool was functional with very warm water Nice addition considering is early January. Food selection was variate and abundant. Spa and sauna facilities really pleasant. Entrance alley to the spa was winter serviced to prevent slipping.

The large sauna was out of order for one day. From two elevators one was out of order. Access to the stairs is really cumbersome.

Perfect spa facilities. For my taste, food was good. Finish sauna with natural light. Three of them available with different maximum temperatures. Hungarian wines ! really special treat.

The lunch menu at the pool bar is very limited. We ate there sometimes when we were at the pool, but that was more for practical reasons because you can't go straight to the restaurant in swimming clothes (due to the dress code).

Hotel is very well equipped, with restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, entertainment (virtual golf, soccer etc., bowling), outdoor and indoor playground, and a kids entertainment team. The latter provided daily kids disco after dinner, creative workshops during the day and activities in the pool. We loved it (our kid as well!). Staff is friendly and helpful - and above all very professional. Charging drinks etc. on the room was easy and flawless. We enjoyed a train ride across town that has a stop at the hotel. Another 'theater train' was also very nice, specifically for kids. We appreciated the dress code in the hotel bar and restaurant. All in all a great place that we highly recommend.

Everything was simply SUPER: big parking, big, extra clean room with a super comfortable bed and a big TV, great choice of delicious food for breakfasts and dinners, very good SPA area (with even a better VIP zone), fitness studio, various games (billiard, table-football, darts, bowling, table-tennis). If you put a rule for getting dinner( decent clothes) why you DON'T PUT A RULE in SPA area(mandatory bathing suit). And that because one day, at 11.45 in the middle of the day, when i was in SPA area(for Salt room) with my wife and my kid(3years old) i(we) saw something very disgusting : 2 naked men were walking around. 👎

Too expensive for what the hotel can offer. The best thing is the golf areal, very nice and huge and hotel also offers golf lessons which I recommend. But food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) nothing special, I would say under average. Room was not very clean and there were several flying bugs. Bottle of water in the room was not free - saw this for the first time. Wellness was ok, but needs something more sofisticated. Pools normal. Music bands in the lobby should be more professional. Sometimes I had feeling that the staff is disorganised. There should be employed more people. Overall feelings - not great, not terrible.
