Thr coffee machine didn't worked for the breakfast and they didn't offered a coffee from bar. There is a strong smell of burned cooking oil in the restaurant. Too expensive for what it offers.

Very small sauna - only for request. Some waitresses were not in a good mood.....

The location was good, the thermal spa just 10 minutes walking. The breakfast OK, the menu in restaurant very good and tasty.

Overall a very nice hotel, very close to the thermal spa. Nice room with a balcony, good restaurant with live piano music in the evening. Breakfast was ok, tasty bread, just a few basic items missing (fresh fruit, natural yogurt, oats,...), but corresponding to the 3stars level. Most of the staff friendly, but they mostly speak German, English not so much. Overall great price/value ratio.

The only hitch is a noise of other rooms as the hotel's walls are really thin.

Our 3 stay already and again have to admit that next time it is going to be the same place. Hotel is simply very comfortable with perfect staff, great organization, nice rooms and very good restaurant. It is just 3 minutes walk from Thermal spa's entrance. Protected parking for free.

Great location, space for our bikes to be locked up, and kind staff. Lovely patio restaurant and breakfast. Just steps away from the thermal baths. Plenty of space for the three of us.

The staff was very friendly, room was big and clean (I love the mini fridge) , food in the restaurant was excellent (we didn't need to go eat anywhere else), there was wellness center inside and we had a private parking space. The price was also very good.

The spa is coming into the years - it needs a little renovation if you want to maintain it for a longer time! Jacuzzis are not working properly for instance.

The hotel is great as it has always been, staff is nice, food is good, rooms are clean and spacious.

A less attentive cleaning-lady. The only thing was that towels were not change for clean when the used towels were placed on the floor in the morning when we left for a trip. The cleaning-lady only collected those used towels and did not provide new towels. We returned to our hotel room pretty late that day. However, the discomfort was promptly resolved by a receptionist.

It is a very well located cozy hotel, close to the thermal spa.

Me and my girlfriend got both food poisoning after dinner in the hotel restaurant, therefore we spent the whole first night in pain and throwing up and decided to rather leave a day earlier. Before that we went to the hotel wellness where there was a huge mold on the wall that caused quite inconvinient smell and not very relaxing atmosphere of the wellness.

The air conditioning did not work at all - being 35 degrees outside - and the Wi-Fi. At the reception, in addition to the fact that the receptionist only arrived at 19:00, she spoke almost no English. After I explained and understood our problems, he told us dryly that "it's not their problem".
