The rooms would benefit from having an electric kettle, so that the guests can make themselves a hot beverage in the evenings. I was also not a fan of the towel rule. If there are multiple occupants in a room, there should be more beige towels, which can be taken to the pool area, than just one.

Villa Plattensee is gorgeous, very good amenities, beautiful rooms, pools and a playground for kids. Located very near to the lake. I especially enjoyed the fact that I could listen to birds singing whole night. It was very relaxing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The bed was very comfy and I generally felt safe there.

Nice and clean rooms, stuff was super friendly, breakfast is top. Used the smaller pool, good for kids. Location is close to the beach. Some very fine restaurants in walking distance, we had some perfect dinner there.

It was hard to sleep because of the loud neighborhood but it’s understood in the summertime…

Very professional personnel taking good care of each aspect of our stay. Children were happy in the pool, we were happy having cold beverages, Lake Balaton was very close walking distance, there were also lots of restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

Some balconies on the ground floor of each building are facing pavements, where people walk, so they must not be so private, but the ones that look backwards are much more separated (luckily we had this kind of room). We had a bit of noisy neighbours, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Maybe the balconies could be a bit more separated from each other, because not everyone wants to look at another family when sitting outside.

Spacious room with simple but normal furniture, the bed was actually comfortable for us. Fridge in the room is great, the balcony (on the ground floor it means a place looking at the garden) was nice. The bathroom was 'extremely' big, the shower is comfortable for even a bigger man. The breakfast was enough, many types of food could be chosen from the buffet, and even the coffee was nice, too (which is not so usual at hotels). The two pools and the garden is great with many benches, tables, sunbeds, etc. The lake is near, although the official beach is a bit farther than we though, but it must not be more than 15 minutes.

Absolutely brilliant. So relaxed. It’s a comfortable quiet well specc’d small hotel Brilliant pool. Rooms are large and very well equipped. Ample parking. 5 minute walk from the lake. Good choice of restaurants and bars within 10 minute walk. Honesty bar availability 24/7. Staff totally relaxed and helpful when needed. This is our 3rd stay and will very likely return!

We didn’t Find The Balaton beach, and that is Maybe because a lot If things are still closed in extraseason. Not necessarily an issue for a short stay.

Location near the lake, but not quite on the lakeside. Great breakfast, good variety, excellent quality, Large, comfortable rooms, clean. Bicycles available for rental, everything was nice and relaxing.

The bed was not the most comfy. They forgot to give us back one ID card, so we wasted quite some time on the road coming back for it.

It was very cold in the dining room where the breakfast is served. We had a room near the dining room and in the morning it was very noisy because the staff was preparing the breakfast and making noise with the plates and cutlery and somebody waa spoking too loudly and they woke us up before 7 o´clock EVERY morning so it was very irritating during the weekend - we wanted to sleep longer.

Very delicious breakfast, very nice staff, clean room. Nice equipment in the hotel and outside. We visited this villa in May and it was a very calm place - by the swimmingpools, nice seating. It was a very nice stay. We would return back some day.
