Its far from the city or tourist attraction , u need own car to stay here. the road access bad. Improve the waste management. The bad smell and lots of flies when you are at the parking lot. Please also improve the staff works! The reception respons very slow when we are check in /check out. May be because they still newbie. Can you give tea/coffee in superior room coz its so weird if you stay at room without tea compliment and just 330ml bottle water. Better service Aralea coliving

Sometimes a little noise around the pool. But, as per the instructions, the problem is solved immediately. So it's no big deal

I usually stay in Seminyak, but this time I made a reservation here to be close to the house of a colleague we know. Overall, it exceeds my expectations. The staff is helpful and makes an effort to accommodate requests. It's clean and has a pool view. Maybe the rooms are small, but the details are considered and they are quite useful.

It is far from beaches. However, it was a bit different experience to see the nearby streets and restaurants.

The hotel is nice with convenient pool. The room was a bit small so if you decide for long stay maybe check bigger rooms.

Couldn't sleep... all night loud people, this hotel always have children groups which nobody told us about! Football, sports teams, etc.. all the time. Very annoying, disappointing stay! Management didnt care.

The staff insisted multiple times that I provide a WhatsApp number during check-in, but I don't use that app, and they said they have no access to Booking.com chat messages (the owners are off-site). Despite asking for a quiet room, they put us in one of the worst rooms near the lift and stairs, and it ended up being one of the noisiest hotel experiences I've had. No soundproofing apparently, we woke up from children jumping and running around upstairs multiple times, which seems a common issue with Indonesian hotels and guests. The staff and other guests also passed by our door morning and night making noise, all of which we could hear quite clearly. The housekeeping staff seemed to purposefully make loud noises and slammed doors next to us several times in the morning too, perhaps trying to push us to hurry up and check-out. There is apparently breakfast available, but nobody told us about it. Also, tons of motorbikes parked downstairs and no security guards or staff helping with parking issues. Like some other properties in the country, they seem to think having a cute design is all that's needed, and customer service and courtesy is simply not part of the equation. The shower head was also broken and fell off from the wall several times, apparently nobody has cared enough to fix it, which seems to represent the careless management.

The property is pretty new, and the design is clever with very efficient use of space and a modern vibe. It looks cute and modern all around, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were well designed. The WiFi also worked well, and used a basic password system which is hard to find these days.

The location is not great. It is out of the way from tourist destinations and most food outlets. The road leading to the hotel is filled with potholes and worse, not lighted at night, which makes it arguably dangerous to walk at night. This place is perhaps suitable for those who have business at Denpasar but not great for tourists. Each trip out of the hotel will require the need of a Grab car or something similar. The rooms could also do with an electric kettle and hair dryer.

The place is clean and neat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to the kind staff members who answered our questions and tried to help us during our trip.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located near from city centre but offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Will come back for sure.

1. The electricity capacity was too low! it went off when hair-dryer was used. 2. The water heater was off after about 10 min of using, so it'd be cold showering at night especially when you wash your hair. 3. The wi-fi didn't reach the room that I stayed very well and my provider's reception was not very good in the area as well. So, need to go to the lobby to get a good internet connection.

Aralea Coliving exceeded my expectations! The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, the bed was super comfortable, the environment was so quiet & serene despite being in the city center. Located within close distance to food center in Teuku Umar, around 20mins from Seminyak / Legian / Kuta area. Quite a rare find in Denpasar!

Facilities are too simple, not only no hair dryer, not even hot water.And certainly no toothpaste or toothbrush.And the location is so remote it's not safe for us to arrive in the middle of the night.

I had an extremely distressing experience at the hotel (Aralea Coliving), which I feel compelled to share. My stay was marred by an utterly unacceptable breach of privacy that caught me off guard and left me deeply unsettled. It occurred when I was in my room after taking a shower. To my shock and embarrassment, two members of the housekeeping staff entered my room without knocking. I was in a vulnerable state, not yet dressed, and their sudden intrusion was deeply disconcerting. To find oneself in such an uncomfortable situation when expecting privacy and safety in one's booked accommodation is simply inexcusable. Upon confronting them about this alarming incident, I received an apology and was informed that they were not aware there was a guest occupying the room. While I appreciate their apology, the situation should never have occurred in the first place. This breach of my privacy is indicative of a lack of professionalism and inadequate pre-service training, a serious issue that the hotel needs to urgently address. Housekeeping staff, or any hotel staff for that matter, should be trained to always knock and obtain permission before entering an occupied room - it is a basic protocol in the hospitality industry. The failure to adhere to this practice left me feeling violated and uncomfortable throughout the remainder of my stay. I strongly urge the management of the hotel to address these serious training deficiencies. Prospective guests deserve to know that their privacy will be respected and that they can enjoy their stay without fear of such embarrassing and inappropriate intrusions.

It is worth noting that if not for the glaring issue of the invasion of privacy, my overall experience could have been a positive one. The negative aspects, however, significantly outweighed these positives and ultimately defined my stay.
