We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South KoreaThe room didn't have any view, the window facing the wall. Very disappointing. Not sure why they gave a room with no view when almost all the rooms seem to have a swimming pool view. I'm wondering if this happened because I used Booking.com's genius discount?

South KoreaWe had stayed here for 5 days and we came back for second time for 1 day for transit. For our second time stay we requested for a late check out, but the staff said they had to charge any hour of late check out. Since we had already stayed in the hotel 6 days (5 days + 1 day) in total, they could have given us at least 2-3 hours for late check out, but they didn't. In the end we had to book one more extra day.
The hotel's location is great. We didn't have breakfast there. The value for money is very good. The hotel's staff were helpful and kind.

South KoreaSome facilities in the room should be better kept. For example, the trash bin (didn't have a lid) looked dirty. And the sitting place of the toilet was very old and stained which made us feel uncomfortable to sit on. It must be replaced.
The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were helpful and had good manner.

Chilenot recommended to stay too long, far away from the tourist places, maybe just for 1-2 if you have a flight soon. no lifts, if you’re staying in family suit, you’ll have to get the stairs to the third floor so mind don’t invite people of third age in your staying beside the hot weather, I won’t recommend it

ItalyWifi wasn't too bad but it was giving me issue with some kind of web services (like AWS and others). I ended up working for two days with my phone data. In the early morning for two days in a row I woke up with shouting of children playing around, and due to high little windows impossible to cover when going to bed I had the external lights direct on my face.
A quite new hotel, clean and in good position in Denpasar. The room was big and the bed comfortable.

United KingdomWiFi was agonising at times, particularly slow in evenings even for basic web searching Lack of attention to detail in cleanliness (hairs in corners) Bathroom is dated and metal areas corroded, shower temp lukewarm at best Unfortunately our room was at the top of the stairway and also above the kitchen/ breakfast area - other guests very loud in corridors way past midnight (not hotels fault, but bare in mind, if your sleep's easily disturbed use earplugs) and clattering of cutlery & plates from before 7am Scraping of chairs on tiled floor above....just put soft pads on the end of the legs to eliminate noise! Our balcony was bizarre, it opened up to the view of the wall opposite us and we could JUST about see the pool Hotel road sign is not easy to see in daylight, let alone at night as it's not illuminated
Very spacious size, with huge, very soft & comfortable bed Handy to have the fridge, sink & basic plate & cutlery set (however no dish detergent or cloth provided...?!) Suite setup was nice with desk, table & stools, sofa, effective AC & safe Attentive & very friendly housekeeping staff who every day empty trash, change towels and sheets (when needed), daily complimentary 600ml water bottle per guest Reception staff were friendly & helpful, we were able to order GrabFood to lobby & pool area is nice Good location to the hospital as my husband was admitted for 4 nights, 10 minutes walk (day) or 2 minutes in GrabCar (night) Considering how busy the main road is, it's very quiet at night (other than when guests are loud) Would be a good option for 1 or 2 nights before/ after flight & close to Denpasar immigration office for passport extension

Lucky we found the microwave and heated it up , so the next 2 days we got breakfast out in the street . We got a large room but no view , 2 light well windows .
