The property is a bit old because it is a heritage hotel.

It is located in the center near malls and spas. Surya was the receptionist who welcomed me and allowed me to checkin early because I was not feeling well. He was also courteous and helpful.

I be coming here for years and the bathroom could do with an upgrade. The shower is still in the bathtub and water running of slowly.

The hotel has big potential, it is long due for a renovation, keeping original features (doors, windows). It is really outdated, and nearly featureless, which is shame. Moldy smell inside the rooms that we booked.

Location is good, in Denpasar, close to Gajah Mada (within walking distance). Old colonial building, love the checker floor.

The shower was only just ok, shower over the bath which you need to be careful stepping out of, the amount of cold water coming from the tap at the bathroom sink was really slow and minimal, the building itself was in need of renovations.

The hotel staff were very helpful and really nice, large bed that was clean and comfortable, air conditioner worked ok and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The room.size was good and the area was quiet with nothing that disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was a simple menu that was ok, the staff in the restaurant were very polite and nice.

The bed linen and towels were very very dirty/spotty. We asked and they came to change but nothing good happened, it was the same as previous.

The rooms we booked don’t actually exist. The description says the room had 2 double and 1 single. We were given one large double for 2 adults and 3 young children. Thankfully we were travelling with another person who was able to use one of their beds. The rooms and bathroom could do with an update shower heads spray EVERYWHERE but downwards but they were clean and comfortable.

The hotel had definitely seen better days. The structure, although dated, is very nice but it's obvious that nobody has done any maintenance to the place and it's decaying. I've read other reviews mentioning the shower curtains being dirty and it was like that, despite the hotel answers saying that they value customer opinions. The shower curtains are made of fabric: how difficult can be to wash them? The rest of the room showed also lack of maintenance and the bed sheets were not too clean. The corridor floor hasn't been washed during my stay. It has a swimming pool I didn't want to use as I was unsure if the water was clean. The café was very disappointing as they didn't have most of the things they offer in the menu.

Central location, near Badung market, near the park and Bali Museum. Staff helpful to find cheap taxi, Thank you Yulia and Surya! Excellent restaurant in the hotel, not expensive, they serve you in your room.

A lot of maintenance is needed. In particular the decking around pool and on ground floor balcony areas. Deck boards loose with some completely broken off or missing. Be careful. Also spa not working. Controller fused so cannot move. Definitely understand how hard hit denpasar is after COVID and lack of income. Just a thought for safety.

Everything is very ok for the price!

Inna Heritage hotel is located at an excellent location, right in the city center but in a relative quiet area and green surroundings. The hotel is an old colonial style hotel with a long history, and it shows. Rooms and furniture need renovation desperately, but everything you need is there and functions well. The fridge is huge, the AC is very good and the wifi is excellent. All in all it is a very affordable hotel with absolutely the best value for your money in downtown Denpasar. Recommended if you need a no fuzz, affordable hotel in downtown Denpasar.
