The dirty dishes in the corridor (and therefore some smell), but it seems it's a normal thing in Indonesian hotels.

Can't fault this hotel. We had very comfortable overnight stay after flying in from Australia. Very comfy bed/pillows. Only a few mins walk to Bali 911 Dental Clinic.

We are two Australians who spent a very comfortable night at Neo Denpasar by Aston prior to our dental appointment at Bali 911 as it is only a couple of mins away from the new dental clinic location. The hotel receptionist Raphael greeted us warmly on arrival and very quickly had arranged check in. Our room was large and clean and had very comfy bed and pillows. Air conditioner,TV, kettle, tea/ coffee and a good shower has us smiling and we slept very well. No noise at all in the room from the road. Breakfast is available although we didn't have it. A small Circle K store is in reception area so very convenient to stock up with supplies if needed. Can't fault our overnight stay. The staff were fab, room good and very comfortable sleep after flight from Australia. Would happily stay again and can reccomend this hotel; particularly if you are having dental work done at Bali 911.

The security on middle shift during our arrival is not professional, he just let us park by ourselves and seems like didn’t care about us. The cleanliness of room need to be improved, especially in the toilet and closet. Remote control of AC and TV are not working. So please make sure every facilities are working well before you sell your room!

The location is right beside the main road. The room is far from the sound from the street and thankfully it was so quiet.

From our experience, the jewel in the crown for Hotel Neo is the staff. Everybody was helpful and friendly. The staff at reception were on hand 24 hours a day and were quick to respond to any issues we had with a friendly and positive attitude. Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient, always cleaned our room to a good standard and were willing to work around us when they came at a time that was not suitable for us. We felt very safe and secure in the hotel. The breakfast provided was of a good standard and variety. There was always a choice of Indonesian and Western food. The restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

The food is so so. Perhaps they can improve the taste of the food. They don't need to change the food to the expensive ones, but just improve the way they cook.

The place is clean enough, the staff are very polite, attentive and keen to fulfill customer's need.

Not very close to attractions, our stay was for business close by so was convenient location for that however, if staying for attractions it can be a commute to other locations.

The terrible noise after 10pm till about 2am by young girls shouting snd running in the corridors - phoned reception and no resolution occurred - also somehow a mistake double booking was made, no car at the airport and breakfast was not included even though I thought it was included.
