The most amazing stay! The room was bright, airy and full of everything we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower had a great pressure, especially compared to other hotels we had been staying at!

There was no mini bar.

The staff in all departments were exceptional. Every afternoon they'd come in your room to flip your sheets over ready for bed. Also every day they'd leave 2 x 3 fresh cookies in bags tied with ribbon. Wonderful building, comfortable with friendly exceptional staff.

Cons: - Cloud 9 restaurant experience sadly very average. We had breakfast included and each day we had different things & they were pretty bland. Disappointingly the service from restaurant staff was so mixed, some brilliant but some were really inattentive, this was the same on the hotel beach and especially at peak time for the sunset. - We rented bikes from the hotel directly, these were really poorly maintained and both chains came off multiple times! We ended up having to walk back from the other side of the island, which took almost 1 hour, as one was unfixable as snapped! - When we asked for more info about the Yoga classes on the garden podium, we were told it is currently unavailable, yet this is advertised on the website at point of booking.

Pros: - Beautiful room and hotel grounds. Lovely pools and swim up bars. - Location is great if you want the quieter experience of Gili T. - Reception staff very helpful. - Spa treatments (massage and mani) were great and very good value. - The hotel kindly lent us (free of charge) snorkelling equipment which was great. - Lovely touch getting freshly baked cookies delivered to the room every evening after sunset!

The hotel and rooms are beautiful and comfortable..in front of a quiet beach. You can take the bike to go to the « center » where a lot of night bars (15mn).

There were construction works which we were informed of in advance, but it was quiet.

We traveled around Bali for four weeks and this was one of the best places we stayed. The breakfast was delicious (please try benedict) one of the best we had in Bali. Also, the restaurant for dinner is great, I tried risotto and it was perfect. An air-conditioner was placed in the room entrance which is rare in Bali and is a big plus. Extremely beautiful room, kimonos, a water refill, and the bathroom was new and clean. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony and comfy sunbeds to relax before sleep. The pool is big, you can use lounges there and near the see for free (towels provided). Nearby there are a lot of beach clubs, open-air cinemas and restaurants.

Beautiful accommodation. Great friendly staff. Excellent location. Food in restaurant lovely and very reasonable price. My only regret was that I didn't book for longer, so I'm planning a return visit in a few months.

The only thing I can think of is the aircon doesn't reach the bed area so it gets a little hot when you go to sleep, but I saw they've changed it in the new rooms that they're building so I'm excited to stay in that next time!

My sister and I were thoroughly impressed with the variety of amenities available. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Every member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Special thanks to Adgi, whose impeccable service and engaging conversations made our stay even more enjoyable. Endar, the hotel manager, deserves a special mention for his invaluable recommendations and attentive care. The culinary experience was equally remarkable. Breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse ala carte menu that never failed to surprise and delight. And who could forget the delightful touch of fresh cookies in our room every day? The view from the restaurant was simply breathtaking, especially during sunset—a memory we'll cherish forever. In summary, our experience at Pearl Sunset Resort exceeded all expectations. We're already counting down the days until our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for a truly unforgettable stay. We miss you already!

The prices for services within the hotel are quite high (e.g. 42.000 IDR to wash one shirt) and overall there are some simple things which I would have appreciated like free bottled water at breakfast or the flexibility to have more than 1 dish. It just felt a bit restricted. But overall nothing major

The resort is great if you want to stay at the sunset side of Gili Trawangan. The pool area is perfect and the staff always helps to create a comfortable atmosphere for you (free towels at the pool etc). There are also some great restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. The room is one of the best we had in Indonesia and ticks all the boxes for European standards. It takes around 10-15 minutes by bike to go snorkling with the turtles which we did 3 times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place, staff were great, breakfast was great, rooms great, beach across the road...a real 5* experience..so glad i booked. Construction going on but thats probably why it was as cheap as it was, didnt bother me as no work takes place at night, book it dont think twice.

The blanket sheet was dirty on arrival but we left a note to request a change and was changed the next day. Bike rental is a bit more expensive from the hotel than other bike rentals. I would strongly recommend using fragrance when washing the towels. They warned us there is construction just opposite the rooms and the workers can see inside the rooms if the curtains are not pulled, which can create some discomfort. Some noises but didn't really disturb us.

We were a bit early but they had our room ready. We were greeted with mango juice, a cold room and a beautiful swan decoration on the bed for our anniversary. The cookies in the room are a great touch and we enjoyed these treats every day. A truly lovely room with a private balcony and sunbeds with a view of the fancy pool. Modern furniture and design throughout. My partner liked the mattress and slept really well. Cool restaurants and bars nearby. I really enjoyed breakfast, generous portions and a variety of options. I liked the French Toast with caramelised banana and joghurt. I could have spent the whole 2 weeks here.

The mattress was hard, and the breakfast menu is a la cart, which does not give many options to choose. The hummus sauce was really bad, and the food in general is average. Also the room does not have smart Tv.

The best and most post polite staff ever,,the room was amazing and very clean,the restaurant was ok and the swimming pools the clearest in hole island,the only negative that the beach in front of the hotel is not very clean and its the worst point in island to swim

If I had to be picky I wish there had been fans in the restaurant area. On two evenings we went up to eat and we had to leave as there was no breeze and it was just too hot. If there had been fans we would have stayed for drinks afterwards.

The hotel is fantastic, everything about it was great from the facilities, staff and location. We had a wonderful time and I wish we had stayed much longer than 3 nights.
