Here’s where i get disappointed! I was approached from front desk to arrange a snorkeling and island tour. My request was a little snorkeling and a stop in Gili Meno and Gili Air. On the day i was taken snorkeling however given 15 mins on Gili Meno and when i asked about Gili Air i was told there was nothing there!! I paid for a 2 hour trip and ended up getting dropped off after 1.5 hours? So here is my point! What i asked for and what i received was NOT What i wanted! If you offer day trip services listen to what has been requested and provide some sort of intinerary! I really liked this property but, unlikely to return!

This hotel was easy to get to from wharf. Super central and a cool vibe from the moment you arrive.

A beautiful hotel with heaps of room, you have the amazing pool out the front with a pool bar and then a pool near your room not out the front. Staff are amazing if I ever comeback to Gili t I definitely will be staying here

It was the perfect location- close to the port and right in the middle of everything. I loved that the pool and restaurant and loungers on the beach were the perfect place to relax and enjoy all the passing action, but most of all - the stunning beach/water view. The breakfast was delicious as well and I enjoyed the live evening entertainment by the pool. I want to especially thank Nando in the restaurant for making my stay extra special both at the main hotel and the Sunset Beach House restaurant. As a solo traveller, I enjoyed talking with him and am grateful that he made me feel at home and his extra care for a special coconut drink and fresh fruits while I spent the day at the beachfront restaurant will be remembered.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a small villa with private plunge pool and it did not disappoint. However, the best part of this hotel was the friendly staff. We especially loved Ardana as he couldn’t have been more polite or friendly. It’s this kind of people that make the difference. Thank you beach house and thank you Ardana!

The see through bathroom door haha… not ideal for friends travelling, definitely too intimate for my liking.

We had a great stay at The Beach House Resort, we were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink, the staff carried our luggage to the room. The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the port and restaurants, with a view of the beach from the reception. The room is clean and functional, in the hall there's a small closet and a safe box, there's a desk with a mini-fridge, the bed is comfortable and the sheets are clean. In the bathroom, towels are provided, they give small bottles of drinking water, hand soap, small samples of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a small hairdryer. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one at the entrance with a bar in the water and a 2nd quieter one, there is a restaurant in the hotel and another further away, and a spa. In the evenings, singers give concerts in a pleasant atmosphere. We loved our stay and we will come back on our next trip.

Was surprised the check out time was 11.00. I don't remember being informed of that. Every other hotel I have stayed at in Indonesia has been 12.00. The location was central and as advertised, probably a little outside of centre might have been better for me.

Pools were nice but a little narrow. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
