Great location. Fully updated . Quiet . The breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. Being provided a breakfast each day was one reason we booked this hotel. Another reason was that it had an elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Definitely liked the roof top bar and lounge area.

We had a great family suite that was perfect for two adults and a teenager. The outside terrace gave us great views over the square below. It was quiet, clean and a fantastic location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a lovely memorable trip to the floating city.

Nice and well placed hotel. Clean and nicely designed rooms with staff eager to help. Very good breakfast to start your day, served until late. Important, and has become unusual, that check out was set at 12:00.

There is nice and big wardrobe in the room but just one shelf inside (which is almost fully ocupied by the tresor) and a hanging bar. I could hang my clothes on hangers, but not my kid's small clothes, neither underwear, so we had to have it stacked on the tresor. No big problem, but surprising and incomprehensible.

Quiet hotel, though in the very centre. Well furnished, modern room, matches the photos. Nonstop reception. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Such a beautiful roof terrace with a great views!

I found a cobweb above our bed which was surprising as the rest of the room was really clean.

Breakfast was plentiful but not much available in terms of hot meals. The scrambled eggs weren’t nice but the bacon and sausages were fine. Only boiled eggs were available too. Apart from that the facilities were excellent and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. One real personal touch which was exceptional was the hotel gave me a surprise birthday wish on the morning of my birthday which is why we came to Venice. I hadn’t informed them but they sang happy birthday and gave me some Prosecco and a cake with candle. Lovely touch.

It’s next to Teatro Fenice between two tiny snd lovely squares. Fenice gives you a marker on any map, which helps with Venice navigation. Excellent and fresh breakfast each morning. It’s an old building but totally redone inside. Modern and spacious bathroom. Not a lobby space for hanging out but you want to be out in Venice any way. Helpful staff. There is a pricey (Euro 150) water taxi service to airport that hotel will arrange and it picks you up only a two minute walk from hotel on a tiny little dock. Worthwhile and beautiful ride from there. We just didn’t want to hassle other ways to get to airport. Loved this place snd highly recommend it!

We loved the hotel location - close distance to all main attractions, but not in the crowded touristy area. A very friendly staff. Hotel rooms have a nice modern design and are very well maintained. Breakfast was amazing. We had a great time in Venice.
