Very out dated. Room wasn’t clean

Like every other review about this Hotel: it's really old. The building may be from WW2! They can really spruce up the joint. Although, the Hotel was fully booked, so I guess they are popular.

Old fashioned hotel in the middle of Novara. Breakfast is decent as it can be in Italy. Where is parking possibility both inside and outside (some public ones are also available).

Everything is out of date, literally (it's like back in time).I think renovation never happen. Shower and bathroom supersmall,no water pressure. There is no other hotels in Novara so no choice!!!

the room smelled of stale smoke. the air conditioning was working full blast and I couldn’t turn it off or lower the temperature. the bathroom shower and tiles did not look clean. the room overall was very old. wall paper could be changed and curtains faded and very smelly. the bed was also quite old and uncomfortable.

- it is not exactly huge minus, I kind of liked the “retro” feeling, but some parts of the hotel needs a renovation to change into “nicer retro” and it is my first time I have seen wallpapers on the ceiling of the room 😆 - sometimes you hear noises from other rooms

+ location is perfect + staff was very kind + great breakfast for the corona restrictions

Shower cabin's hole was not running smoothly and water leaked into the room.

Reception lady could speak English.

They could improve the facilities, it'd be good to renovate them. The rooms are old, the beds aren't very comfy, and we had to keep asking supplies in the reception since they didn't provide while "room cleaning".

Overall experience ok. The location is pretty good.

mold all around

Our director had booked the room for a business trip to Novara. However, upon arrival, he noticed mold all around the place, As a result, he was forced to leave immediately and find another hotel to stay in as your premises are not safe for the public. We believe that for a 4-star hotel, this is an unacceptable situation,

I chose this hotel mainly for the position near the city center and cause it was a 4 stars hotel. The first point was fulfilled, you can reach the city center in 5 minutes by foot. As for the second point, I am wondering how is it possible for this hotel to be 4 stars. By going upstairs, my 2 y.o. toddler told me “it smells”, I tried to tell her it was cause the place was old but there was a clear lack of cleanliness. Everything needs to be refreshed: walls and furniture broken, dirty shower and entry door too thin, so we could hear all people coming in and out in the hallway. The breakfast… in the pictures it seemed rich and of quality, the reality is: -juices are water with powder -no fruits -cakes and sweets were for sure not home-made -the parking loft is small and difficult to access and from the signs on the walls, several cars got scratched by coming out of the parking loft

The personnel was friendly and the lobby nice, but that’s all there is.
