You have to pay for early check in. I booked 4 nights and my flight was delayed so basically I paid for 1 night without me staying. My fault, but they could’ve at least did something on the last day I booked for another night. The vibe inside the room is old and kinda creepy but good for short stay

I like the property because it’s cheaper option than the hotels in Venice. 30 mins away bus ride to the vicinity of Venice.

- the room was awful! Old furniture, dirty walls and a lot of mold! - horrible blanket and very hard pillows - at check in we received from the reception a tv remote and in our room there wasn’t a TV :)))) - no hanger in the room, no chairs, no place for putting your luggage - we stayed in mid April, and the heating didn’t worked! It was very cold in the room, especially during the night! We complain at the reception, after the first night, and we received a second blanket (as old and dirty as the one in the room!), no electric heater or any other device for heating the room.

- fast check in - the staff from the reception was very nice and helpful, especially the lady at the reception. She offered us good recommendations for restaurants in the area and also helped us choosing and buying tickets for local transportation - you can buy from the reception coffee, beverages and alcohol - nice terrace in the room - they made the bed everyday and also they changed the towels

Room was not clean, there was a lot stain on the curtains. Toilet was not clean properly either. Room was very old. Beds are not comfy. We couldn’t sleep properly during our stay. Price of the room was good but I am not sure if it is worth it. Probably I will not stay at the same hotel if I come to Venice again.

Hotel location is great, only 15 minutes away from the Venice city center. Staff was good and very helpful.

The only thing I didnt like was that the room didnt include facilities like toothpaste/brush. We only had two samples of shampoo and didnt get new ones for the whole 4 day stay. Also the check in was very late at 14:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We also asked for a clothing iron and the staff said that we cant provide you with it. We had a balcony in our room but the door was closed and we werent allowed to use it.

The staff working at the reception was very nice. The location was easily accessible, didnt need to walk a lot from the bus station but be aware that Terraglio is not in Venice, you need to change two buses to go to Venice. Another good thing was that when we did our check out we were allowed to leave our things in a private room. The price was affordable.

There was some noise in the middle of the night. I am npt sure what it waa but most probable it was due to some problems in piping system. I could not properly sleep.

The room was not clean especially under the beds it hadnt been cleaned for a very long time. Double bed was booked but there were actually two camp beds pushed together made with a double sheet and blanket and the beds were constantly separating during our sleep leaving your back hanging at the gap. One night there was only cold water for showering but they fixed it the next day. The heating in the room was turned on only on random days.

All the staff was very helpfull and they resolved our issues with the room immediately. The location is well serviced by bus all day long. The bus station is just outside. Main areas of the hotel are nice and clean.

There was quite a big stain from whatever thing on bedframe visible from some angles. To be fair, we didn't mention it to personal. Also toilet was leaking on the floor. Although not much... Ventilation in bathroom is working only when the light is on so there is quite a humid environment in there. Aaaand the ceiling is mouldy with colour falling down a bit in a bathroom. And a bit in a corner of the main room... I guess... Or maybe it's whatever black stain in the upper corner. And you can kinda hear noises from some ventilation throughout the night. But not always and you get used to it.

Relatively close public transport stop directly to Venice (bus 2 - Belfredo Terraglio) or to Treviso where we went to airport (bus 8E - Terraglio Peschiera - zone 4 for ticket). There is nonstop reception at the hotel and they are quite helpful if anything is needed - keys of the room are left at the reception if you're going anywhere and you can come back at any time. Check-in/out is fast with no troubles. Room itself is cleaned every day while you're gone, it never happened that we haven't had toilet paper or clean towels. Also waste was taken away and bed made every day. And window shades are convenient because it makes the room super dark for sleeping till whenever. Bidet is nice... 👍

The hotel is very old and not maintained. The bed is not comfortable to sleep on, they don't have a normal blanket, the blanket is 100 years old and there is no blanket case ( it is not hygienic). When I asked them to give me bed linen for a blanket, they told me that they didn't have any. The WC was small and without hot water, the last day they had lukewarm water. Everything was heard from other rooms. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel. The only positive thing is the hotel staff, they were extremely helpful.
