The night was very noisy, some of the residents were knocking heavily on the walls, I woke up several times, the blinds opened with a terrible noise, and the hotel residents opened them at night. Not the most comfortable bed. The room is very small, absolutely, that is, only a narrow passage between the bedside table and the bed.

Clean room, great location! The bathroom has everything you need, bed linen and towels are clean, breakfast is delicious and varied. helped us order a taxi to the airport.

The decor even though is in the Venetian style is very tired and needs replaced also the beds were very uncomfortable no key card so only one physical key to leave at reception the safe was not offered u til we asked for a key was a very small safe only the size of a passport no coffee making facility in the best county for coffee the bar was not open for any evening pre dinner drinks the day of arrival was 30 degrees and no air conditioning when we asked was told the government said can not have it on even though could put the heating on when it fell cold !! I have been several times to this resort but was left disappointed with our room

The single room probably hadn't been used in a while, or maybe had yet to be renovated - it smelled like sewage from the bathroom. It was manageable with closed blinds (they were heavy blinds with tiny holes for air to still circulate) and open window. Overall, we were only for one night, so maybe after some usage of the shower, it would have smelled better for next night. If i go to Treviso again, i would still book at this hotel as the other room didn't have any problems. Maybe first write to them to confirm that it is not only the bot that knows that I have booked through this app.

There was a problem with the reservation, but the staff worked it out. We had booked a two room apartment(?) with three single beds. At first, the staff gave us just one room with a double bed and a made-up single bed at the foot of the double. After we talked they gave us an extra single room without problem. Both rooms looked lovely. With amenities in them. This hotel is really close to the train station, and just some minutes to the city-center. If i go to Treviso again, i would still book at this hotel as the double room didn't have any problems. Maybe first write to them to confirm that it is not only the bot that knows that I have booked through this app.

The staff were polite but not friendly - it felt more like a formal, business hotel than a holiday hotel.

The hotel was a short walk from the train station and close to the city centre, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice balcony. There was a good choice for breakfast. Everything I requested was provided.

Great location near train station and only short walk into town centre. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean. Room a bit 'old world' possibly could do with new wallpaper. Bathroom, modern and bright with good shower. Mine was a single room so understandably a bit small but comfortable. Excellent breakfast with wide choice including hot food. Terrible coffee - unusual for Italy!😀 But still full marks

I stayed here over 15 years ago, and whilst it doesn’t appear that much has changed in terms of appearance, however the beds were very comfortable, it was clean and good air conditioning. The only thing was the door. They are not soundproof and are closing very loudly, therefore we have heard everything going on at the corridor and whenever someone was closing their doors. But it is not ruining the stay.

Our Room was very compact, could literally go in 1 way into toilet and reverse out. The positives of the hotel continental way, way outweigh the negatives.

Location is perfect for anyone staying in Treviso. The Train station is only a short walk (a few hundred metres). The bed was comfortable ( although, small), shower good and the room was clean. Staff we very helpful and polite, they spoke very good English (My Italian is ok at best!!)
