The bathroom in our room had a recurring noise every few minutes.

The Best LOCATION just steps of Piazza Navona. Nice, small hotel. Friendly management. Our second stay there. Simple and very nice.

Tiny bathroom. Reception and entrance are right outside the room door so can be a bit noisy and f trying to sleep.

Nothing really. Important to note this is one floor of an apartment building with several rooms and not a standalone hotel. More like a bed and breakfast (without the breakfast)! So you need to be clear about arrival and departure as no external reception or on site staff all the time.

Location was incredibly convenient and the room itself well presented in a historic apartment building. Dining options literally outside the door and 1 min walk to Piazza Navona. Staff very accommodating for an early check in after a 21 hour flight.

Communication with the staff was almost impossible. Despite several emails and WhatsApp messages, the staff was unresponsive both to my request for a check-in time and questions regarding departure. This made things a little stressful, but I was eventually able to get a response/track them down in person.

Apartment is in a great location, right off Piazza Navona and within walking distance to most of the major sites in Rome. The powerful air conditioner was a welcome relief after a full day of walking the city in the sweltering heat. The shower was larger than many we encountered in Europe. The fridge was stocked daily with drinks and snacks. Despite difficulties with communication, the staff eventually helped us hire a car transfer to the airport after checking out. They also allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out, since our flight didn't leave until late in the day. This was a welcome benefit for a family of 4 with luggage. Bedrooms were sufficient. Common area (kitchenette/eating area) were quite small.

It didn't affect us much, but the fact that there is no elevator to take your baggage up to the level of your apartment could be an issue for some, especially if travelling with heavy suitcases. However, the staff were were very willing to help out when we arrived.

Loved the location, so close to Piazza Navona. Very clean appartment, beds were very comfortable as well. Our appartment seemed to have been recently renovated, and was quite modern interior, but also quite fitting for the region.

Stairs are tall and a bit tough to climb. Photos didnt show the whole room so we thought it was 2 separate rooms. Or at least I didn’t quite get that. But really ok.

The noise. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the people coming and going from the complex. The street noise was really bad. Right outside is a busy st with cafes and bars, which is cool, but not when you need to sleep. There is always noise of some sort coming from somewhere. Luckily, we packed earplugs, but that only took the edge off. The bed was also pretty darn uncomfortable. It was too hard and bouncy for us. Basically, what you are paying for is the location and a secure apartment that has air-conditioning.

The location was absolutely amazing. The room was cute enough. Aircon worked well.

It is somewhat like Airbnb but you only have your own room instead of the entire apartment. This is in an older building without elevator and it is on the third (or fourth) floor so it may be difficult for someone to haul lots of luggage and/or with small kids and/or having trouble climbing lots of steps. There is a very tiny "lobby" (if you can even call that) and a small front desk but finding someone there is a hit or miss even in daytime. They suggest to contact them through WhatsApp if you need anything. So don't expect to have much service especially if you are in a hurry. One of the beds in our room is in absolute terrible shape. It sinks so deep in the center that it practically feel like sleeping in a big bowl.

Location is definitely its selling point.

There was a bit of street noise coming through the windows - particularly on the weekend. Lots of steps up to the apartment. Good for us but could be problematic for older guests or those with physical limitations.

The location of the apartment was excellent! Very much in the center of things and very convenient to walking to restaurants, shops and many attractions. Marco was wonderful to greet us and very helpful during our stay.

the bathroom and shower. tiny and cramped. I’m 6 ft 1 inch and 240 lbs. very difficult to get in and out of the shower coffee maker had to be replaced. cups and glasses were not clean
