The food at dinner in the restaurant was probably the worst meal we had in Italy. Also, in the description they say that they have a shuttle but when we asked about it we were told it’s only to the train station

The rooms and bathroom were actually quite large. Nice size bed too. They had a very nice breakfast buffet layed out in the morning.

The breakfast was an adeventure. We took some apples from the buffet only for a lady to tell us that those apples were put there for ambiance, not to be consumed by guests.

Breakfast was good although sometimes there were missing items like sausages and bread rolls were not always available but still good compared to other hotels.

Room was fine, comfortable and clean. We rented a car and Parking was free and available. Location is about 20 minutes walking distance from city centre. Excellent staff. There are good restaurants in walking distance.

The breakfast is served in the lobby but you have to pay separately because it is a different company from the hotel.

Air conditioner was not turned on citing some city regulations. But a fan was immediately provided upon request. With air conditioner, the stay would have been perfect as the fan was not sufficient with the heat.

The air conditioning was turned off. we was told that they wasn’t allowed to turn it on till may by local law so I was disappointed they didn’t have fans available at the front desk to give a breeze in the home. (we had the window open)

the room has a slightly outdated look, especially the bathroom where some changes would be necessary (shower cabin). they do not have certain facilities that 4-star hotels generally have (bathing slippers, etc.)

Comfortable room, bus stop near the hotel. The mattress was good and the curtains made the room perfectly dark. they pay attention to customers (for example leave bottles of water in the room).

Location is a bit industrial but not a major issue. Nice room and price made up for it.

Lovely room. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Smart TV in room. Not too far by car from the airport and a relatively easy drive from the Square of Miracles as well. Great value hotel.

Breakfast somewhat underwhelming. Quality of bread products and dispenser coffee poor.

Arrived on a late flight. Young gentleman on the reception desk made us feel very welcome. The room was large and and well ventilated as it was unseasonably warm. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were welcome.

Slight smell of sewage which was coming from the bathroom, not a lot but we just kept the door shut. We also had some ants in the bin but just moved that outside. Not enough to cause an issue though.

Room was lovely and spacious and bed surprisingly comfortable and big. The reception and staff were welcoming and hotel was easy to find. We didn't have any food there so can't comment on breakfast etc. The location isn't very central and a good 30-40 min walk however a bus stop just outside. We did get the bus but sometimes it wasn't very regular and we did end up walking. The bus takes you to the station and then it's not too long a walk from there.
