On the street, the parking spaces were all taken, I drove for an hour on the surrounding streets but did not find anything. In the end I parked at the underground parking lot which costs €30. When we leaving in the morning, the lady at the reception was 20 minutes late. One of the guest has a train and lost the train. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. but she came at 8:20 a.m. and when I asked about breakfast she said she had to prepare it so we could wait. We didn't have time to wait, we waited for almost an hour in the morning

Transfers were great, drivers very courteous, cars spotless. Staff at hotel fabulous, very helpful. Location is great with great restaurants/cafes within 5 mins. walk. Room could be a bit more updated but when in Rome it's not about the room :)

There were no black out shades, it was a little difficult to sleep. The pillows were flat and not comfortable. Also there was a bit of a musty smell.

There was not a separate bidet as advertised. The photos of the double room in the website showed a bigger more impressive room than what it was.

It was very comfortable except for the air conditioning, there was no instructions or writing left on the unit and didn’t seem to get any cooler. Getting out of the shower was interesting as it was very narrow and a step down onto a marble floor. Mats were provided for the floor.

When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff and refreshments, which were welcome after our walk across town to the hotel. We stayed in another building to the main hotel which was a few metres away. The beds were very comfortable.

Buffet at reception, was not sufficient for people in hotel. The bars on the stairs kept coming out and was a trip hazard going down the stairs.

It was quite a small room which made it heat up quickly and the aircon did nothing to help so we kept the window open but we were in a different building from the main hotel which was above a restaurant and so it was very loud at night and lots of cigarette smoke so we just had to struggle in the heat. Also, be aware that parking is non-existent as all of the locals take up the parking, but there is a parking lot about a 2 minutes away but it is €30 a day on top of the cost of your stay! However it did the job and was a nice hotel with nice staff. We won't be going back to Rome as it just wasn't for us but this hotel is worth it if you're on a tighter budget and aren't driving.

It was very close to everywhere. Only 30-40 minute walk from the coliseum and 2 mins from the local cafes and bakery. The bed was very comfy, and the room had a good sized mini fridge which was a huge bonus!

The bathroom wasnt clean. I saw a small black hair under the toilet seat. The inside part of the toilet where the water stands if it stood still for hours it would turn yellow or orange just like there was pee inside which was not very pleasant.

PERFECT location, near the city Center and Vatican. Beautiful neighbourhood! We stayed in a building near the main Hotel. Its wasn’t as beautiful as it was the main building but it was okey. The room was cute, with a comfortable bed and a very nice touch was the tall window, so the room could be chill and sunny. We had room service everyday, who threw out the garbage and tidied up the duvet and the bed sheets. The staff was very kind and very helpful

Room was fine but bathroom was not clean- the shower is tiny and all around the bottom of the shower needs to be replaced with new seals- it was very dirty.

Still waiting for the refund of our deposit which was promised. We were charged the total cost at check out and were promised the deposit taken a few weeks before the stay would be refunded. It has not....... Please sort it out

The bathroom was renewed but the opening door for the shower was too small. If you are a bigger person you might have an issue. Unfortunately the hotel didn't provide any breakfast but near it you will find plenty bars for that.

The Hotel was very good for the price. We stayed 6 nights and it was incredibly close to any attraction in Rome. We asked multiple times for directions and information from the reception on the hotel and they kindly answered all our questions. We stayed at the annex of the hotel that was down the same street. It was an old building with a scary elevator but it was a nice experience. The room was always clean and it had a nice temperature. All rooms on the 4th floor was renewed as far as we know. If we ever visit Rome again we will definitely visit it again.
