The rooms could be cleaner (floors and under the beds), and we were advised to contact via whatsapp if any help was needed - after a few messages that were seen but noone ever responded to any of the questions or requests so i think they could work on that.

Walls are a bit thin so you can sometimes hear what's going on elsewhere in the hotel, but not a major issue

Cheap and cheerful single room in a well-located and safe part of Rome. Easy to reach from Termini and a short walk from many major landmarks. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel itself is very well kept

Room a bit small and the bed was made by 2 single beds so when I was in the middle I was falling in between the beds

Check in very late and no late check out available. Apartment was in a different building to reception. The shower was as dirty with mould and really small.

The bed was really comfortable and being pregnant it was just what I needed. Brilliant area close walk to most things we wanted to see.

The room was tiny and poorly arranged, with tea and coffee perched on a tiny beer fridge in the corner. There was only a flimsy gauze curtain in the window and no way to close the metal shutter outside, so the light from the street lights shone right in, and I didn't feel comfortable getting dressed in front of the window. The bed had the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever slept on.

In a great location close to Castel Sant'Angelo. Staff were all wonderful and very helpful.

I had the best experience there with my husband at this hotel. The staff members were very thoughtful and kind, the hotel location was perfect and they left me a little champagne with sweets for my birthday. I highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to comeback. Thanks a lot for your hospitality

Stiff mattresses (to me is a problem). The furnitures and the amenities looked used and abused.

The location is really good. It allows one to visit most of the sightseeings of Rome and the Vatican.

Like most Italian bathrooms, not very adequate. Broken toilet, shower poor pressure and peeling seals. Winter time, and only one thin blanket, but additional bed covers were provided when requested.

Great location, just cross the river and you’re a short walk from Spanish steps. Staff are delightful.

The wifi is a bit spotty and the shower is cold if you shower when everyone else does. But those things arent as important.

The location was perfect for our trip, we walked to all the sites we wanted to visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we really appreciated that they could speak English to help us. The building was beautiful and the room was comfortable and very clean.

The only thing I didn't like was that the second night of my stay at the hotel there were no staff at 11pm and I had to wait to get my room key. Nevertheless, if I come to Rome again, I will stay in the same hotel. I wish the staff a healthy and happy Christmas!

The only negative I could note is that the hotel as a whole (excepting the reception area), including our room was a bit cold and the airconditioning did not work in our room. However we had been given blankets so we were not cold during the night.

The staff was really nice, kind, informative and helpfull! Everybody was willing to help us and tried his best! Since our flight back home was at 18.30, after the check out, they allowed us to leave our luggages there and collect them before leaving for the airport. We appreciated that very much! Also, we loved the decoration of the hotel. The location was amazing! It was a 10 min walk from Piazza Navona, really close to the city center and next to the Tiber!

When we arrived no toilet roll had too ask kind of embarrassing too,first night when we arrived bk from our whole day out the main door too hotel was slightly open so that was grand we came went too our room,second night same thing up early out all day bk late but door was shut ,we had a key but would not open door,as they was no one at reception our knocks and door bell done nothing so we could not get in this was 1am n the morning, our friends wher staying not too far from us in the annex apartment belonging too the hotel,so we had too go bk too there s for an awhile and decide what too do,I rang the hotel no body answered,I got on bookings.com message them no answer,then our friends taught we had a code that didn't work too get in as the bell boy gave them a code too get into there annex room, plus a WhatsApp number Incase of an emergency, we got nothing at all but a key, eventually someone got back too us about 45mins later on the WhatsApp number through a text and said we should of got a code too unlock our hotel door,but again we did not,we wher highly frustrated over this,we went bk down but the door was unlocked so we didn't need the code,if it wasn't for our friends we wher litterly stranded outside the hotel waiting for someone too come and get in,then the last night my friends in the annex apartment the code would not work and they wher left outside there building for 15mins until they heard someone coming towards the door too leave then they got in, so we had a bad experience that's why I gave a 7,seriously not good enough we wher never in rome b4 and that night was a really bad experience and last night also for my friends, would I go back I really don't know...probably not if I'm honest...

Furniture and bathroom was old. Could be a little bit noisy. The refrigerator worked poorly. Warm water was not warm enough.

The location is great, staff is very friendly. Towels were changed every day, which is very nice. WiFi is good, haven’t faced any issues

i didn't like the fact that they hotel doesn't provide breakfast. at 07:30 in the morning and especially with a child, we had to walk for quite some time in order to find something quality for breakfast

i liked the staff. they were kind and professional and did everything they could to make our life easier.
