The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. When you arrive you are greeted with welcome drink. The atmosphere is calm and terrace offers you a nice view on the scenery and Lake Garda. Rooms are clean yet cozy and the breakfast is really tasteful. Staff is always at hand for anything you need. We will be back!😊

Everything was great

Gorgeous little hotel on a hill about 5 km from Bardolino. From the terrace and from the balcony you can see the lake. Plenty of parking spaces available,good breakfast and good Wi-Fi. Karolina- one of the owners is simply the best. You have the best and quiet location and also you can reach the lake in a few minutes by car.

Owner Carolina was delightful! So warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated. Rooms were spacious, beds comfy with nice linens. We had a large balcony with 2 chairs, a table, and a lake view. Breakfast was delicious with many choices including fresh fruit, pastries, granola, meats, cheeses and gourmet coffee brewed by the cup. A wonderful property, book it now!

Mosquitos are the bane of my life, but Carolina offered a solution for my numerous bites. She is very kind

Carolina is a fabulous host and gave us a warm welcome. Lovely views from our room and we had a huge bed. Lovely sized room which was just as well because we had loads of bike gear. Breakfast was all freshly prepared and delicious. Lake Garda is just down the road, don't forget your costume the water is clear and looks fab ( I forgot mine sadly)

We had one overnight stop as we were traveling down through Italy. The hotel was grand…an older building well maintained with a beautiful outside terrace for drinks/breakfast. The restaurant was closed on the Sunday night that we were there but Carolina, our gracious host prepared a welcome drink with a few nibbles to tide us over until we were checked in and then directed us to a great restaurant 5 mins walk away. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. All in all a great stopover. We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Super friendly host, ready to help and serve you! Great breakfast, with wide selection- warm fresh baked pastry, wide selection of ham and cheese, eggs boiled to perfection etc. Rooms looking better than in pictures! Quality materials used in the room. Very nice view to the lake and surroundings.

Despite breakfast being included in my booking, I was charged the breakfast fee. This action by the hotel was not fair.

The Hotel does not have staff, which translates into a porer service. The bar is permanently closed unless you are lucky enough to find the owners there. The restaurant is completely closed. Breakfast starts too late at 8:30, not good for business trips.

Good overall, Nice Terrace, the hotel is near the lake, and the village has a nice square with an old cathedral. The lady who runs the hotel is kind and offers free water and a free aperitiv to guests which is a nice touch.
