Beautiful hotel and the staff was exceptional!! Everyone took great care of us, but especially Juliana, who went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend this hotel, and we will stay here on our next visit to Capri!

The location was stunning and easy to get to. Upon arrival, we were treated to a drink and snack. The room was amazing but it was our breakfast food and staff that really stood out. Truly an amazing experience.

We loved everything about this hotel! The breakfast was amazing, the room was incredible spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent! We were able to walk everywhere easily. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They also have a great bar and make one of the best aperol spritz in Capri. Everything was excellent!

Beautiful lobby, room, and view! We were greeted with a welcome cocktail and an overview of the island with recommendations on what to see and do. Our room was upgraded to a gorgeous sea view room with a balcony! Staff was helpful and service was top notch. Breakfast was delicious and the porter took our luggage to the main square free of charge so we could take the funicular down!

Andrea and the staff were incredibly attentive, the view was gorgeous, and the fantastic breakfast featured such delicious food that one pastry has become my wife's new favorite obsession!! They took care of us in every aspect, from the moment we checked in and gave us an excellent welcome and set of recommendations, until we needed help with our bags down to the port for our ferry when we left. Most of all, we felt that this, our anniversary vacation, was given special consideration. The friendly conversations from the staff and the sea-view upgrade we were treated to made this the best vacation memory we have ever had!

Cocktails were made by a lovely and very skilled bar tender, only issue was the price, I was unaware of the cost as it was being charged to the room, one of my experimental cocktails cost me 25euros!!!!! The other cocktails and drinks were around 15euro per glass which feels a little dear still. Other than that cannot fault the place at all.

The staff were so lovely, always greeting you with a big smile and very helpful too We got a free upgrade to a sea view room which was beautiful to wake up to each morning Breakfast is amazing!!!! One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever experienced.

It's a minor thing but the hotel does not have its own gym, in case that is a must. They do however offer access to a gym close by which we did not look into further.

Incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly staff - I really cannot emphasize enough how great the staff were. Hotel La Floridiana Is in a prime location, it has beautiful, clean, and comfortable rooms and offers a stunning view. The bar and restaurant are decent as well and in a beautiful setting.

Hotel La Floridiana was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in across Europe! The service of the staff was beyond amazing. Our hostess Giuliana was the best. She was helpful, friendly, and simply amazing. She gave us the best recommendations for visits, restaurants, activities, bars, and more. I would recommend you request Giuliana on your arrival as she was of great great help. The location of the hotel is right on the end of the street of all of the brands and shops. Prime Location! It is easy to get to it and leave to other parts of Capri. The view from the hotel was amazing; greenery and the sea. (Get the room with a sea view) The rooms were clean, authentic, and beautiful to stay in. It was very safe and well maintained. A big thank you to Giuliana and all the staff at La Floridiana for being the best!

It’s a little bit noisy. Walls and roof are not fully isolated, we hear a lot of noises coming from other rooms, the corridor and the restaurant.

Soundproofing wasn't great in-between the rooms, so we could hear other peoples TVs in the evenings/people on the phone. Earplugs helped!

We had such an amazing stay at La Floridiana! The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome and at home :) We were so surprised to be offered a free upgrade to a sea view which was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices on offer in terms of the cold buffet and hot food. Location was excellent, as only a 5minute walk to the shops in capri and very close to the bus for a trip to Ana Capri.. Would definitely recommend.

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the center of Capri. All staff were very kind. Breakfast was very good quality. We really liked rooms with balcony. They stated that they upgraded our room, this was very kind. Swimming pool area was very nice. We would like to thank the reception and restaurant staff for their kind services.

Beautiful Hotel - the staff upgraded our room as we were only staying for the night and it was phenomenal and so sweet of them to do. However, even the classic room was beautiful with a big balcony. The room was also clean and comfortable and the balcony with the jacuzzi was perfection. The staff were so kind and polite and really made the experience 10x better. The young lady who checked us in was available on Whatsapp and this helped us so much and she was so lovely - recommended places to visit and restaurants ect. Buffet and food at breakfast was included and was also nice - Service was great. Honestly would recommended anyone to come to this hotel, short taxi up to the top and a fair few stairs but we managed fine and location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We will be returning!

There is a very loud construction going on at the neighboring hotel currently. They start very early at 07:00 am and finish at around 19:00. So you can’t really seat on the balcony and enjoy the serenity. But it’s not Floridiana’s fault, obviously. And once you close the door, you don’t hear anything. And to my taste the bed was a bit too hard.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea, spotlessly clean hotel ( thanks to our cleaning personnel), very good breakfast with lots of options a la carte and fresh delicious pastries, utmost friendly and attentive staff! Our special thanks to Claudia at the reception and Antonio at the breakfast! Overall very warm, calm atmosphere and stylish design. We’ve really enjoyed our stay!
