We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It’s a gorgeous boutique hotel in a fabulous location. The room was comfortable & clean. The view of the courtyard was quite nice and peaceful. Breakfast was great and the hotel restaurant was the best food I had on my whole trip.

SwedenThe AC was off, it didnt matter that much in May but a bit weird one. Doors in my bathroom werent working that well, which is maybe not typical in 4 stars.
I really liked the personnel- all were very pleasant and professional. Room was spacious and clean, and at least mine was quiet and peaceful. Location was very central.

Location by the canal . Lovely vibe. Nice restaurants and bars. The courtyard feel of the hotel gave off elegance without being too showy. Just done really well. The breakfast was excellent too. Great stay

United KingdomIt would be great to have tea/coffee available in the room. Although the location is vibrant you can hear all the noise in the evenings even with the windows closed if you have a canal view room.
I have stayed at this hotel before and it was a lovely as I remember. The staff and hotel are extremely welcoming and hospitable. Great location along the canal with lots of food and drink options. 20 minute direct walk into the center of Milan.

This hotel has amazing character and really feels like a special place to stay. The aesthetic is beautiful with a curated vintage charm, the staff were friendly and helpful (we didn't have any challenges not speaking Italian), and we loved the shared balcony 'casa di ringhiera' and the neighborhood along the canals. A great recommendation from the Monocole travel guide.

Slovakiabeautiful place to stay when you are in Milan. Close to the city centre and in the middle of night life - absolutely in the heart of Naviglio Grande. You get out of the hotel and you walk by the canal and just choose which one bar you will drink in, but when you come back into the hotel, you come to one cosy, historic and calm place with comfort rooms, delicious breakfast and super kind and helpfull staff. i hope we will come back
