It is close to the Colosseum, the city center, but there are restaurants etc. close to it too, and there is a metro station in one minute walk. There were toiletries, big towels.

The place is very small only a bed and toilets It didnt matter for us to much cause we came there only to sleep most of the day we were traveling

Bed wasn't too comfortable and you can hear literally everything that people from room next to you are saying. I missed kettle to make some tea/coffee. It's a good place to stay for one night but not more.

The host. Nora was easily reachable on whatsapp but during check in she was a bit on the rude side. I'm sure she meant well, but there is a way of speaking to people and the one she used was not the right one. It was like she was persuading us not to take the room.. for whatever reason. I saw good reviews about her here, but was surprised to find out a totally different person.

A lovely guest house in the heart of the lovely Monti district in Rome. Right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars with a lovely vibe. Metro station only 2 minutes away. Room a bit small but very comfortable and very clean.

There was not enough ventilation in the bathroom and a strange smell was coming from it. The street where the accommodation was located was not the cleanest.

The location of the accommodation was fantastic. Nora gave us a great welcome, she was very kind and gave excellent and useful information.

The room is showing it's age a little bit. The Bathroom was ok for me (i'm 173 cm, 77 kg), but bigger people will definitely have some problems navigating the tight space. If you're a light sleeper maybe you could have some problems with the noise at night, if you like to sleep with open windows.

The Location is excellent, really loved the vibe of in the neighborhood. Thinking back I would really love to spent some more time around this part if I come back to Rome again. The room has a good price/value.

It would have been nice to have a bit more storage (shelves) for clothes, but there was a big wardrobe for hanging things. It was up two flights of stairs, and the stairwell was not as clean as the room itself.

Room was very clean and quiet with good air conditioning. Shower was good.

the decor is very outdated but this was expected as the same as the pictures. the bed and mainly the pillows were very hard. you could hear everything going on in the room above… they had a sexual intercourse early morning.. there are no hosts on site so you need to contact them on arrival and they meet you there.

the location was very good. the room is very spacious and has air conditioning. the hosts are very helpful. you can leave your luggage but in a hotel 4min walk away

The rooms and bed sheets could be cleaner. There is a kind of music store nearby and it could be noisy when someone plays an instrument there.

The location is in a few minutes walk from the metro station Cavour, which makes the location perfect for reaching any part of the city. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, being ready to answer any question and helping in any problem.

First of all Nora was extremely helpful and kind. I had a change in my sceduled meeting last minute and she made it possible for me to check in earlier than agreed. Also the location is perfect, only 10-15 min. walk from the main sights, still easy to access from both airport.

Furniture is really bad, old, bathroom needs a lot of maintenance, walls needs changing & painting,room and bed covers had an odd smell! Also Room needs new furniture! And a new decoration a bit,,,, I wouldn’t book there again if I come back to Rome for the reasons mentioned above + it is considered a bit expensive per night for what they have to offer!!!

The main best thing about this guest house is the location! It is less than 10 minutes walk to the colosseum. Considering this is a guest house we were glad that the room got a little bit of a tidy up the second day while we were out… Owner was friendly and showed good hospitality. So many coffee shops and restaurants near by to choose from.
