Quirky, friendly owners,great location to metro and walking to Vatican. Room was clean and bed comfy only negative for us was we knew the bathroom although private and beautifully clean and well equipped we did not realise it was not next to the room it was 50ft down a corridor pass 3 rooms maybe we missed in the small print but we would definitely stay again but check we had en-suite within the room.

Everything was perfect. Our check in/out was super easy. I already know Rome so I specifically booked our stay near Vatican because the area is super quiet, safe and easy to access. Our room was just in the photos. Clean sheets, comfortable beds. Bathroom and other amenities were fully functional and covered. The breakfast was self and relatively rich. You can enter the kitchen any time to prepare something for yourself. Coffee tea etc… even if you are hungry at night, the kitchen is available so i really liked this concept. The owners were super communicative and all the time supported us via chat. Aneta & Simone, thank you very much for everything!

Hot water was an issue in the shower as pressure kept going down.

Great location very close to Vatican City plus many restaurants near by, I like the old architecture of the building (entrance, lift, main door), fresh croissant every morning and self service breakfast, never seen a staff but communicate through message and it was helpful to answer all my questions plus local advices. Room was enough for 3 of us and beds were fine.

Excellent location, quiet and with easy access. Very close to the metro station. Walking distance to main attractions. Good breakfast with very tasty croissants. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are a good size, very clean and with access to all essentials.

Mattress on bed wasn’t very comfortable, it was actually the only thing that could be better.

Great staff, extra nice people, nothing was problem, super location near Metro and Petr’s cathedral. I highly recommend it!

Shower was quite small, but in general the whole place is very nice and practical.

Location is just excellent, a few block away from Vatican. Breakfast was nice, and included a very nice "selection o croissants". Plenty of dinning options in the sorroundings. Simone was very attentive.

I like the location of this place. 10 minutes and you are at Vatican. Metro station is located in 5 minutes. There was pretty clean, the breakfast is good. Very good communication.

Nice apartments. The room is quite small, but cozy and clean. There is a shared kitchen, tea/coffee/snacks are available around the clock. For breakfast there are fresh croissants, which is good news :) What is important: the room is cleaned every day! Hospitable owner, it was a pleasure to communicate

The room and bathroom were clean, we had air conditioning (in the Rome heat it was extremely necessary), snacks available all day longs (the juices were amazingly tasty) and delicious croissants for breakfast. Good location - 10 min to Vatican by feet, and lots of bus stops nearby, very convenient. The owner was very-very nice, very pleasant and speaks English very well. Also, soundproofing was really good, we didn’t hear any noises from other rooms. I can definitely recommend this place ☺️

Beds a little too hard for us.

Nice size room. Good location to walk to Vatican City. Many restaurants shops metro bus stops nearby. The owners Simone and his wife were very lovely and helpful! Great room to use with coffee machine, Cereal, bread jam etc , a fridge with yoghurt, fruit milk There is a lift -old school style.

Simone is a fantastic host, really friendly and helpful - our main reason for booking this particular hotel was that it’s tucked slightly away from the main tourist attractions but only 5 mins walk from the Vatican and just a few steps from the Metro - our room was really comfortable and kept clean every day - We were given lovely Croissants each morning for breakfast along with continental Breakfast if required - lots of great tucked away restaurants nearby and a perfect stay for us - couldn’t recommend highly enough! Perfecto!

This apartment met our expectations and there really wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location was excellent. Close to the Vatican and lots of restaurants nearby. The host was very understanding & accommodating when our flight was delayed -as a result we arrived late. The continental breakfast was good and croissants a nice touch.

Simone was a very polite and helpfull host. Tha breakfast was just one step to four star hotels. Location is excellent. A place for luggages between checkout of the facility and leaving Rome, is a smart, valuable help to the guests. Beds could be better.
