Our room was near the lift and stairs to other rooms so was quite noisy! The door rattled in the frame too which was a little annoying in the early hours!

Twin beds were very narrow and not the most comfortable.

Staff customer service was excellent! Very helpful from assistance with luggage, to getting taxi's, to booking last minute private transfers, and tours. Left westher reports and turn down service. Great location! Darling, beautiful boutique hotel. .

On 2 days there was no hot water in the mornings. Breakfast could have been better. Proper muesli or granola , not sugary kids stuff. Real orange juice, not bottled rubbish and loaves of good sourdough bread would have made breakfast a bit better experience.

The terrace area is lovely so it’s a shame there isn’t a bar there or it would be a nice place to eat breakfast.

Fantastic location in the heart of Sorrento. The hotel’s original features are amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. Iron and a good hairdryer in the room very handy. Typical breakfast in Italy, lots of pastries. The turning down of your beds with a weather report being left each evening was a nice touch. All the staff are very friendly and helpful!

It is a smaller hotel so the trade off is you might not have access to additional amenities like a full-service bar, a gym, or a conference room. For us, this was not a problem at all but it may be for others.

All-around amazing stay in Sorrento. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the town center and steps away from the elevator to the harbor/beach. The breakfast is great. We really couldn't have been happier with our stay. This is a 5-star hotel in terms of service and rooms, but probably awarded a 4-star rating some time ago in part because of its limited size and lack of additional amenities.

Lovely hotel in the city center with excelente service. All the staff were absolutly kind and helpful. I arrived driving a car to the hotel. But the area it is only for residents. There is a radar that take photo if you are not allowed in the area. But, when i arrived to the hotel, i was advised by the staff and they asked me about the car licence plat to talk with the police and cancel the fine. After, the vallet took the car and bring it back the next day during the afternoon (i made the checkout early in the morning to go to Capri). Excelent breakfast 10 min walking to the Port. I really recommend this hotel to stay in Sorrento
