Personal was very plesant but we waited the food in restorant for almost an hour , and we were with 3 kids.

The internet connection wasn't very good. Having bug curtains could be useful.

The entire place is huge. It's right at the lake, but also very close to the popular amusement parks and aquarium. The staff were all nice and friendly, and the bungalow I rented was very clean and comfy.

Room was very basic, met all needs but matressess needed updating in rooms. Other than that, they met all necessities for cook, bathroom and room space 👍🏼

Nothing to complain, just that property is in high demand so 30 min wait time to check-in and check-out

In reality nothing and when you are this happy, one starts to pick some small details just to find something. One thing we would have loved to have is a being able have the door of the bungalo open but with a screen in front to prevent insects and other small animals to get inside.

Amazing location with a very short distance to Lazise and Gardaland. The view over Lake Garda was stunning and you have all the service and qualities you need at the tip of your finger. This resort exceeded our expectations beyond anything and we are sold and will be back next year and bring for of our children with us. Lazise a small town but so charming and you better try going there during the evening and use the resorts free shuttle transfer to get more out of the trip.

Slow service at restaurant and bar close to reception during the evening entertaining hours. Access to the beach is steep at some points and can be difficult for some elder people with limited physical movement.

Possibility to park our car in garage, flexiblity of the camp to sort out everything at the arrival, very helpfull staff at the reception desk, 2 different swimming pools in the area, great facilities for children.

I Loved everything but with a business head I would say to management open the crazy golf at night as mammys don’t normally play football at night and if you could have live music or comedy sing along for adults a few nights a week you would be onto a winner and would have a packed bar and restaurant.

Everything! The staff were brilliant . from the gardeners to cleaners to reception staff and lads in the bar to supermarket to bakery to animation they were all 100 percent … The campsite is beautiful and kept top notch. the internet is amazing and very strong in all areas of the campsite. there is a place here for every budget… and everything well maintained. They have everything you need while visiting the campsite including complementary taxi to and from the airport and a bus every night to Lazise. The area is well supplied with local buses and boats to get around on. All areas well maintain. The pools are lovely and walking access to the town of Lazise on the lake is great. The park is on a hill but you can avail of the services of the go carts with the lads at reception so no issue there.. any time of day or night the staff will help you! we took the tour bus to Venice as it leaves at the gate and drops to the gate … no need to rush for a train and it was very comfortable journey. You can take a tour to anywhere on the lake or Florence / Bologna just ask at the desk the will help you. you can take public transport up and down the lake.. sheets and towels etc make sure to order them.. washing is 5 euro a load but worth it. the Supermarket on site is great. The kids just loved the place they were entertained all day and last thing at night disco dancing to bed… restaurants great both offer good food and take away…
