The lakeside access. The stunning view, even from the room. The atmosphere created by the uniqueness of this stunning, royal and romantic villa. The host was very kind and available for the guests. Everything was more than perfect.

The location is for cars only. Far away from anything. No shops, nothing there at all. You need to take a long ride elsewhere. The fan is small and not powerful, take your own one if you are a girl. The Internet doesn't work at all. The electricity is smth very 'special' as it is an old villa. This is retro in many ways.

The villa is just magic. The scenery, the design. You are like in a movie. The staff was very friendly. The girl from the reception greeted us warmly and upgraded the suite to a better one free of charge. The breakfast was fine, the views exceptional. Total vibe was magnificent. They provide nice shampoo with sandal flavor, slippers and robe.

When we arrived we could immediately check-in and, since it was off-season, we were even offered an update! The hostess was incredibly nice and there were also pastries to welcome us. The room was excellent and the next morning we had a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Regina Teodolinda Suites, and it's safe to say we'll be returning. Irina's hospitality was exceptional—she welcomed us with warmth and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast surpassed expectations, boasting a high-quality spread that added to the overall experience. The Honesty bar was a delightful touch, contributing to the unique charm of the place. The location was perfect for us; we preferred it over Como city. We look forward to our next visit! It is g.reat with the private parking spot :-)

The weather was great in the 50s, so for us was not an issue, but there is no air-conditioning in the room.

The property is wonderful! Just like a fairytale! Super clean and well decorated. The view is simply stunning! The staff was very attentive and courteous. Irina made our stay at the property unforgettable. It was my daughter's birthday and she made a special birthday breakfast for her with a gorgeous table set in the veranda right in front of the lake. It was such a great surprise! Our apartment was large with a living room, one bathroom and two great size rooms. Both with very comfortable beds, but the best is the view of the lake from 2 big windows!!

The attic room is neat, however it gets VERY hot in wintertime. If you stay in the attic room and like to sleep cold, be sure to turn off the heater well in advance and open the windows. I wish there was access down to the dock during winter, but the gate was locked.

We stopped here for one night on a ski trip between the Dolomites and Zermatt, and it was a lovely introduction to Lake Como in the wintertime. I hope I can come back to stay in summer one day! Stunning location, beautiful old building, and nice welcome snacks and breakfast. The staff were very very friendly and gave us some great suggestions for where to eat. Walking along the lake was nice, even in winter.
