Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

The rooms and the place are clean et simple. The staff is smiling and always make effort to help if needed. We stayed 2 days and we had a really great journey in Torino thanks by this hotel located in the city center. Few parking places in front of the hotel and breakfast at each morning.

IsraelThe location near the train station attracts vagrants who tend to hang around. The bathroom is too small, crowded, with no contraption to hold the toilet paper. As it can only be placed on the slanting cover of the toilet water container it was prone to falling down, which it eventually did right into the toilet bowl. There was also an odour emanating I suppose from the drain. And finally the staff do not speak a word of english.
The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and the final station of the airport bus. The center of the town is not far. The hotel is decent, comfortable. My room was cleaned everyday.

MoldovaMy stay at this hotel was far from ideal. Despite the good location, my experience was negatively impacted by various factors including a language barrier, dirty room, Wi-Fi troubles, lack of parking, and noise disturbances. 1. Language Barrier: Firstly, the host was unable to communicate in Italian or English, which made it difficult to ask for any assistance throughout my stay. This made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated, as I was unable to communicate my concerns effectively. 2. Dirty Room: Additionally, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The uncleanliness made me feel unsettled and made the stay unpleasant. 3. Wi-Fi Problems: I was unable to access the Wi-Fi during my stay, as I was not provided with the passcode. This made it difficult to stay connected, which was a significant inconvenience. 4. No Parking: Furthermore, the hotel did not provide private parking as advertised, which made it challenging to find a place to park my car safely. 5. Noise Disturbances: Lastly, throughout my stay, the noise level from neighboring rooms was disruptive and made it difficult to rest, leading me to believe that at least five people were in the room with me. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to various factors, including the language barrier, dirty room, Wi-Fi issues, lack of parking, and noise disturbances. As a paying guest, I expect to receive the amenities that were promised at the time of booking. I hope the hotel can take steps to address these issues in the future to avoid other guests experiencing similar difficulties.

PolandOn breakfast the buns were bit old, it could be more fresher. The service is only in Italy but it's possible to understand with them. The address they put in add is wrong.
The adventage was location in the city centre and car park. Also it was nice to have a possibility to leave the luggage in reception while we were waiting for the flight.

SpainThe room was falling apart, it didn’t look at all like the one in the photos of the description, water was constantly leaking in the wc, after each shower the floor was flooded. the staff hardly speaks English. A friend came to visit and they wouldn’t let him in, even if I confirmed I wanted him to come up (it was raining outside). I could hear everything that was happening on the next room. on the check out they wouldn’t give me an invoice even if I explicitly asked for one. And when i had left the room and came back to pick my luggage I wanted to use a bathroom and they said there was no bathroom available. It is NOT AT ALL a 3 stars hotel, and I would strongly recommend an inspection. Chose anything else if you are going to Torino. At least it was clean and hot water worked well, even if everything else looked shabby
Only that it’s centrical

United KingdomRoom was a little basic and the bathroom a little dated. Certainly not below standard of many of the cheaper Italian hotels that I have stayed in however.
Great location 2 minutes walk from Porta Nuova Station and 5 minutes walk from the bars and shops of via Roma etc. Good price, friendly staff and easy check in. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.

PolandThe rooms are noisy. You can hear, even late at night, people talking and walking around the hotel. Close to the hotel were dangerous people (probably migrants) who are extremely noisy especially at night, incite brawls (the police had to respond).
The hotel is very good located very near the main train station, the centre and the Arriva bus stop used for easy travel to/from airport. Rooms are quite clean and are equipped with small refrigerators. Breakfast was good enough.
