Our stay at The Venice Venice was amazing - it exceeding our expectations! The modern vibe with classic Venetian style was very well executed. Breakfast was lovely and a great spot by the Canal being able to watch the world go by. We had dinner in the restaurant which was of a high standard. The bedrooms were well proportioned with good amenities. Staff were excellent and more than happy to help with any queries etc. Location was great and easy to get about. Would highly recommend.

Everything. This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in around the world. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like we were the only guests. We were looked after impeccably during our 2 day stay. The staff were attentive, engaging and nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in was out of this world (we were given an upgrade on arrival) and every little detail had been considered. The food and bars were the star of the show with one of the best views of the grand canal and Rialto bridge in Venice...so much so we stayed in the hotel probably more than we would have otherwise. This is a wonderful place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of luxury in this wonderful city.

Very honestly the photos on website/apps don’t do it justice. I was a bit apprehensive booking it because the photos looked dark and gothic… in real life, I was amazed with this hotel! Truly one of a kind

Everything, the location, the rooms, the service, the art, the design, the inclusive breakfast, the inclusive minibar, the view; the restaurants, the welcome service, the help they gave me when I screwed up my car rental reservations, the history of the hotel. I loved everything about this place!

The only thing that I would have changed would have been being able to get into our room when we arrived. It wasn't quite ready yet upon our arrival so we had to kill some time before we could get in and relax a bit after a full day of travel.

Everything about our stay was exceptional, we only wish that our stay here was a bit longer. The breakfast that was included was fabulous and all of the staff were wonderful and very helpful. We truly felt pampered while staying at this hotel and if we are ever back in Venice we would definitely stay here again.

unfortunately one of my two nights there the house staff forgot to close overhead blinds so i woke with the dawn (they had closed them the previous night). I tried to find switch to close skylight blind but to no avail. I found it when checking out inside the wardrobe!! No-one had shown me this when they showed me the room as house staff are meant to close them each eve but forgot on this occasion, so not a good sleep.

The only thing I could mention is the prices - they are extremely high. Yes it's Venice but a hotel without pool and spa (only massage beds).. They said they were renovating the 0 floor and putting in the pool - hopefully they won't charge even more after that! Also complimentary airport transfer would be great - at least the water taxi.

Incredibly beautiful and stylish hotel - probably the best in Venice. Location couldn't be better. Spacious rooms with complimentary minibar (only drinks though). Great staff, helped us with anything. Loved the restaurant too, food is delicious and there's a cute vibe. Overall amazing, would love to come back.

Tiny minus for not enough electrical plug-ins in the room and strange system with wardrobe hangers. The rest - perfect!

Simply an amazing place. Artistic, funky, beautiful, full of extraordinary art and beautiful objects. Friendly, helpful, smiling staff. Design is out of this world. Very highly reccomended! I will be back for sure.

We were being charged extra for roo service which we had never ordered. They need to get signs of people ordering the food and drinks. They did waive it off once we clarified but that was waste of our time.

We loved the location of the hotel. Breakfast was good but with limited vegetarian options.Rooms were very clean but the housekeeping staff would come at 10am to clean when we sometimes were still in the room. Then we had to ask her to come back in sometime.But that was disturbing.
