There were no blinds in our room so we couldn't sleep after 6 am because sun woke us up and there was no way to cover the windows

Just the fact that we stayed there for only one night. I needed more time there, as the place was EXTRAORDINARY!

We really enjoyed everything at this property. Wellness was super clean, our room was wonderful both in terms of design and comfort, staff was very guest friendly, and breakfast was both local and diverse enough with excellent coffee. We will definitely come back again.

Only shame thing is the toilet dont have toothbrush set, and the shampoo/ body shampoo provided was pretty bad (very dry) at this standard of hotel.

Breakfast is acceptable with comfortable dining area. Good coffee as well.

No room slippers and no conditioner in bathroom. Additional payment for SPA. Towels have had strange smell.

Such a beautiful place. The location is a bit far away from Verona BUT it really doesnt matter as we loved this place. Beautiful junior sweet, a sauna in the room, great breakfast.

This hotel is special. Old house with wonderful spirit. Everything was renovated but old style was saved. Room was very cozy and comfortable. Swimming pool and beautiful garden on backyard. Good place for relaxing. Staff is very friendly. Staying in this hotel was a joy. Want to come back

Although they offer massage treatments in the Spa they do not offer additional things like facials, manicures or pedicures. I did have a massage which was fine but my partner would have had another treatment if they had been offered.

The hotel was better than we expected. It is set in lovely grounds which are well looked after. Yes it is next to a main road but it didn't affect us. Due to an issue with another guest we got upgraded to a junior suite with an enormous Turkish bath that took over 30 minutes to fill! The breakfast was good although the pastries weren't the best we had had. The reception staff were all helpful and courteous.

The jacuzzi and the pool were cold, you need to pay for entrance to the spa

To me the room smelled like perfume, it was a nice smell but it was too strong for me. The property is next to the main road of the village, it get be a bit noisy if one likes to leave the windows open overnight.

The atmosphere was very elegant, the entire premise was very clean, and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

I did upgrade to a "Superior" suite. However you never know WHERE in the hotel this is (always a surprise). It turns out that it was a suite on ground floor used for older customers/handicapped because it has all the features in the bathroom (like a seat in the shower and handles here and there). The only small, but odd point is that you have "superior" in your mind but then it was a room facing the front door of the hotel (this is extremely atypical in any hotel). So there was little privacy. We had to close the blinds so passing customers or cars don't see you on the bed. Also if you seat outside at your little table, you feel "on stage" in front of all customers. Not great
