I really liked the room of the hotel. Spacious and clean. The access to the club lounge was great. It was great to sleep in, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were really nice.

The location is near the train station. It's also near an outdoor shopping mall. It's also close to the water. It's a very convenient location. The hotel room was very comfortable, too. I slept well.

Additionally, at 6:00pm there were complimentary drinks and at 9:00 they served complimentary ochazucki, rice with toppings and tea broth. We an afternoon snack and ochazucki for dinner.

Location, bus outside to the hotel to the Ritsurin Gardens, and shopping a 5 minute walk. Surrounded by restaurants. Great guest longe with free red, white, and sparkling wine and Tapa's like japanese food from 6 to 10pm for free! Rooms were larger than most in Japan and extremely clean. Loved the big bath.Staff were amazing, so pleasant and helpful. Provided great information. CAB FROM STATION AND FERRT TERMINAL $7US.

I love this hotel - staff is accomdating and helpful, the rooms are well designed and comfortable. The breakfast could be faster if they would drop the choosing main dish system and just focus on buffet. The options on the buffet were great though.

United Kingdom47 Reviews12 helpful votes“A good choice if you want to be in the center of Takamatsu”Hotel is too far from JR Takamatsu and is not recommended unless you plan to stay in the Kawaramachi area itself.Choice of drinks was adequate (but only 1 type of red/white/sparkling wine…and no gin) Selection of food was very basic and the library space has no view and can feel quite confined. Breakfast is a choice between a western & Japanese selection served at your table…it would have been nice to mix and match your favourite foodstuffs. The pillows in the room were not comfortable.
Art Deco style hotel.Very friendly staff.Room had a lot of space and the fixtures and fittings were interesting.A big bed. The local UDON for breakfast was excellent and the Ochazuke offered at night was good.

The hotel has Lovely old-world charm and a level of service to match that you just don’t often see today. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable! The purpose for our stay was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I had contacted ahead of time and the head concierge had worked hard with lots of extra touches to make our stay memorable! Nothing was a problem and she went over and above to help make a memorable stay! The lounge was great and all the special food options they provide and we had a lovely dinner at the restaurant also!
