Location is very convenient. Located in a very quiet area but only a short walk to the busy shopping area and metro, can use exit 9 or 10. Coin operated washing machines available. Very comfortable bed.

Location of the hotel is very easy to find. Near to subway stations of Myeongdong and Euljiro Il-Ga. Airport Limousine is also nearby. Housekeeping everyday so you get a new set of towels and pillow case everyday. Convenience stores is all around and Myeongdong street has a selection of halal food so no need to worry about food for Muslim travellers. Myeongdong street is always bustling but you still get a good night sleep.

The AC was not working due to the cold weather so we needed to keep the window open but it was very noisy outside. If we close the window, the room gets quite warm and lacks ventilation. In the hotel, a loud alarm also kept going off repeatedly even at 4am in the morning which was annoying. On my first night, I woke up several times due to the alarm and noise and was eventually forced to get up at 5am. The room was clean but in the last two days of our stay, the room was not tidied even if it was not on do not disturb mode and they would not clean outside of their regular cleaning hours even when requested. They provided fresh replacement towels though upon request. The hotel was good but the experience can be improved.

The room was clean and amenities were sufficiently provided. The staff were attentive and friendly. The complimentary coffee and biscuits and water refilling station that’s available 24 hrs at the lobby were also very much appreciated. Great location at the heart of Myeongdong, a stone’s throw away from a 7 Eleven, and close to Myeongdong subway station. The stop for the airport bus is also nearby.

Shower is in the bathtub. No slip- proof rubber mat. High risk for accident. We bought a rubber mat from Daiso to solve the problem. Small dining area. Didn't get to try hotel Breakfast.

Great location. Near airport bus stop (bus 6015) and Myeongdong train station. Just a few steps away from the shopping streets. Many food choices, convenience stores, even money changer nearby. Staff are very helpful and friendly l. Room cleaned daily. Bottled water provided. Super comfy bed, pillows, and comforter.

They stop operating the heater on 1 Apr but it is still very cold in Seoul. There were days as low as 8 to 11 deg which we still needs the heating system.

A simple and comfortable hotel. Staff is friendly and able to speak English. Location is good as it is slightly away from the busy street of Myeondong yet near to everything.

Even though the window was tiny the blind did not prevent light from entering the room which made it difficult to sleep. It was noisy with people coming and going through the night. The walls were grubby.

Location of Hotel is very convenient as it’s a couple of minutes walk from the MRT and bus stops to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful.

The rooms were a little small and there isn't much space to place your luggage. I stayed in the Family Twin Room with my 9yo and 3yo. Apart from the bed space and a small tight area at the desk, there really isn't much walking space.

Great location at the end of Myeong Dong Night Market where the night crowd and noise won't disturb you. Very friendly and helpful 24/7 front desk staff who is always willing to go the extra mile to help. Was really helpful with the water cooler at the first floor and the cosy business lounge where you could settle quick meals with the kids. Coin Washing machine and Coin Drying machine were extremely useful as well. 7 eleven was conveniently located just opposite the hotel, in case one would need anything. Overall, a great experience for the price we paid.

Cleaning in the bathroom could have been better. There were 1-2 hairs stuck in the tub tab that the cleaner couldn't see i guess but i could from the vantage point of sitting on the toilet! LOL

Excellent location, crisp white sheets. Room is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 2 minute walk from Myeongdong station and you have Myeongdong shopping street (skincare city!) at your doorstep. Especially appreciated how they provided us with umbrellas on the heaviest snow day in 41 years which made my day out amazing!

Even the room indicate for 3 pax, its really small if u are staying with fully grown adult and u have 3 big luggage. No storage place for ur luggage. Even a very small space for u to hang your clothes

Location is great. It’s a walking distance to myeongdong station, 12F Daiso, 10-15mins to myeongdong night market. Alot food and 7-11 is nearby. Cleanliness was good and staff was good as they speak english.

The hotel was really near the station exit and shopping area in Myeongdong which makes traveling around very convenient. Will recommend using station exit 1 if you are traveling with luggage as that exit has a lift and escalator. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and able to communicate in English. Do note that the AC is not adjustable during the autumn/winter seasons as heating is turned on but you will be able to open the windows to adjust the room temperature.

There is no space to open my luggages in the room. The cooling system was switched off from mid October onwards, even though the weather has yet to cool down. Hence, it can be quite stuffy.

Hotel allows the storage of luggages before check-in and after check-out. The beds are comfortable and there is hot water for showering. The location is near to the metro station and shopping streets.

Location, location, location - right at the fringe Myeondong!! Quiet yet accessible; love the white pristine theme of the hotel; amenities are adequate with complimentary drinks at the reception; hotel personnel from the reception to housekeeping are friendly and professional - thank you.
