The breakfast lacked options, but it was fine for me, as I usually only drink coffee in the morning.

The hotel is very conveniently situated, with the Chungmuro station just 2min away, and the express bus station just across the street. The single room is big enough for one person and the bathroom very modern and clean, and it included all necessary amenities. New towels and water bottles every day, and the laundry room can be used 24h.

Great location, two stops from Seoul station. 5 min walk from Myeongdong. Hike to Tokyo tower starts right behind hotel. Hotel is clean and nice.

Toilet was not functioning properly. Drain in the shower was also not flowing quickly, causing shower floor to be flooded with a short shower.

Stayed at Domingo Pent C. Really spacious with a living room, has microwave and a fridge. Beds are comfortable. Love the huge bathroom. First 2 nights had issues with the toilet backing up and shower draining slowly. The staff took care of issues promptly. Having access to a washer and dryer was great. Staff at the front desk is helpful. A few minutes walk to Chungmuro station. 10 minutes walk to Myeongdong shopping area.

The location of the hotel is great. The bus and metro station is right infront of the hotel. I did not use the breakfast. Great is also that you have a self laundry-service. Very convenient! The rooms are superclean!

due to shape of the building some rooms have an odd layout and lack of space. There's also little space for clothes in the closet, so if you travel with 2 suitcases and plenty of clothes you need to organize yourself a bit.

It appeared that the rooftop bar and lounge area were either closed or inaccessible during our stay, as we never encountered them despite several attempts to reach them via the elevator over the course of several days. It's disappointing because one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the rooftop.

Me and my boyfriend recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing an early check-in after our exhausting 24-hour flight. The location was superb, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Seoul. The thoughtful touches, like providing an iron and umbrellas upon request, added to the already stellar service. Daily room makeup, towel changes, and complimentary water made our stay feel truly luxurious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

We had difficulty finding the entrance, a sliding garage-type door untypical to a standard hotel. The building, though impressive on the outside, left a bad first impression, stained carpet made the place seem a bit shabby. There was a huge kitchen but no breakfast and no access for visitors, likewise the workout facilities were off-base except for extended stay customers and no other facilities that I know of. Staff were friendly all-around.

The room, though plain, was clean, quiet, comfortable, great value, and no complaints. I especially liked the design of the bathroom. The location is walking distance from Myeongdong, an absolute must visit at nighttime for the sights and amazing street food, not for your typical awesome Korean market experience, but a more upscale experience. More typical markets can be found nearby. The hotel is also a two-minute walk to a subway entrance which is important to see more of Seoul. We visited Korean War Memorial, Jongmyo shrine, Dongmyo flea market, Gwangjang market, tons of things to see and do. Tons of eating options of all stripes.

Everything was great. The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel has great and well maintained facilities like common spaces and laundry room. The room has everything you can need, even better than other 4 and 5 star hotels I stayed in South Korea. In addition, the location is amazing as it is located only a few steps from Chungmuro station and at a very close distance to Myeongdong. Overall the value for money was excellent. I loved staying here twice during my 3 week stay in Korea!

Room is smaller than what I imagined. The shape of the room is a bit irregular? Not easy to open many big suitcases at the same time.

Location is great, in between two metro stations and a bus stop right in front. Price is reasonable and staff and friendly.

Great location, 2-3mins walk to chungmuro Station exit 4 which is just 1 stop away from Myeongdong! Emart is just right in front of our hotel. Lots of cafe such as megacoffee and restaurants within 5mins. The staff were very friendly and helped to store our luggages in the lobby room as we arrived before the check-in time. There are even complimentary facial products at the lobby for us to enjoy during our stay! Clean and very spacious room with great amenities such as the option to switch on heater. Love the layout of the room especially the toilet with 2 basins and separate space for cubicle. Would definitely stay here for my next trip!

Location was great! Really easy to walk into Euljiro, which was our favourite neighbourhood to explore. Near to Myeongdong too, which was good but also nice to not be right in the heart of the very busy area. Loved the toiletries in the room.

This hotel is amazing. If you come from incheon airport, bus or train will leave you 1 block away from the hotel. The location is amazing, super close to myoendong street and the metro. The rooms are pretty big, you have a desk and a lot of storage space. They even have a laundry that you can use for free, a kitchen and they leave bottles of water every day in your room after cleaning.

I wish they sold the actual skincare in the hotel or in a shop in myeongdong, I would have bought it! By the time I figured out they were selling it in Gangnam, we were leaving and it was a bit far to go!

Unfortunately the rooftop has been closed since March. Unclear if this is long term or not, but it wasn't available for our stay in early April. A shame as this was one of the draw cards for this hotel and why we booked it, we also heard other people complaining about it being closed. We did have a room facing a bright billboard and the road which was a bit loud, but fine with an eye mask.

Location is great, close to Myeongdong and N Seoul Tower. It's also located very close to subway stations, only a couple of minutes away, so very easy to access if getting the Airport train to Seoul Station. The room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very new and clean, with nice shower. We also appreciated the 12pm checkout as standard and we were able to check in an hour or so early without additional cost.
