Location of the property is good. Have bus stop nearby to different area of Seoul and metro station are just 7 mins apart. The hotel room scent is very nice and they give us this room or clothes spray and it smells wonders. AND hotel usually give bad shampoo body wash and hairdryer BUT in the whole trip I never use my own shampoo body wash or even Dyson hairdryer!

The location is super convenient. You can take the subway or call a taxi very easily. There is also the nearby Namdaemun market which has a superb roasted pig leg restaurant and a famous bun store just accross the road. If you need a quick Starbucks or some convenience store stuffs, both shops are located on the first floor of the hotel. There is a WOW Pass charging machine INSIDE the hotel, which makes it a breeze to charge money and use the card for almost everything in Seoul. The staffs are friendly and can speak fluent English as well as Japanese.

We booked 2 rooms and thanks to the reception staff to arrange them side by side. As we reached the hotel before the check-in time, we deposited our luggage at the locker, which was easy to use. We were staying at level 17, and the view was good. The rooms were spotless clean as well. As we have a child, the hotel has also provided a small pouch, which consists of the bedroom slippers, etc, for them. One of the unique things was that the hotel has luggage trolly at level 1 and level 11 for the guests to use. I like the idea as I think it was very thoughtful of them, especially if we have children and elderly with us. This made it so easy to bring all our luggage up to the room or down to the lobby. Thank you.

The hotel's location is great - close to major subway stations and cafes/bars/attractions but a bit away from Myeongdong Street (which is too loud and busy for our taste ;)) We liked everything about Gracery Hotel: the staff (very helpful and nice), the room (very comfy and of decent size) and the fact that we could leave our big luggage for 3 days when we went to Jeju Island (we had already booked another night at Gracery before travelling to Jeju). All in all, highly recommended!

We are very satisfied with the hotel. The location is perfect, we could walk a little further to Myeongdong every night after sightseeing in Seoul. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the view from the twentieth floor is wonderful. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel that is open until midnight, and that was very useful for us. The staff is friendly. If we return to Seoul, we will definitely not change the hotel.

We really liked the hotel, located a few minutes away from Myeondong main street. Also several buses stop by and there is also a metro station nearby. Ww chose the hotel, because it was also very close to Seoul station, as we only had 1 day for our next connection flight and it was a great decision.

Reception is located on 11th floor which we did not know and it is not very clearly marked on the ground floor. Breakfast was not included in my booking.

Excellent location. Good value for money. Lots of restaurants nearby. City Hall station only a short walk away. Myeangdong only a short walk away.

The only thing I didn’t like is the location was not close by subway station. The closest one had to walk at least 5 to 7 mins depends on how fast you can walk. But, downstairs has a lot of restaurants and convenient stores.

The breakfast buffet was really good. Tons of options for both western and Korean style. The sitting area is huge. We didn’t feel crowded even though there’s a lot of people coming in and out. I would recommend try at least one time during the stay.

For what this room cost, I expected it to be spotless clean. There was dirt and hair in the corners of the toilet room and bath room. There were 2 pairs of used slippers under the bed. Although an air purifier/humidifier was available in the room, when I turned it on, it blew out the smell of cigarette smoke. We didn't use it so the room had a lot of airborne dust floating around. The wifi controlled toilet had an automatic flush feature that would have been great except that it flushed over and over wasting a LOT of water. It had an ECO button to turn it off and flush manually, but it didn't work. The OFF button did not work either.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The staff was great. The buffet breakfast was also great. It is close to Seoul Station, Namdaemun Market, Meyong-dong Market, Lotte Dept Store, Shensegae Mall and numerous restaurants. We liked the bathtub, which we didn't have the last time we stayed. We also liked the separate toilet room. My wife loved the bidet feature on the toilet.

They asked us to move a room for out last night, but we were compensated with a free breakfast and a coupon to Starbucks for two. It wasn't that bad.

The hotel is modern and beautiful, good location (close to metro station and close to the main palaces and Seoul station). Staff is very nice and helpful, the room is well equipped with everything you need and very clean.

The only downside was the view from the window, which faced a wall of another building.

This hotel was fantastic! Great location near the subway and in Myeongdong. The staff were incredibly friendly; they accommodated us for an early check-in and even gave us a gift upon arrival. The breakfast was amazingly delicious. While the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and beautifully appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the internet was fast.

The hotel location very good. Easy access to many places. Full of restaurants. Near to few tourist spot. Room was decent and quite new. I asked for quiet room and the room was excellent.
