Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only 3 lift, which means long waiting every time you have to move across the floors.

The sauna is in maintenance and no pool. The bunk bed is only 150cm in length, so we have to put the mattress on the floor for our 10yrs old son as he is 152cm.
The room is spacious for the four of us. (2A 2K). Bus stop is at the dront of hotel and train stations are about 15 mins walk. The location is great too near sime tourist spots.

Slightly out of the way from the busy city streets, so not as convenient to restaurants etc.
The family room was perfect for us with 2 bunk beds for kids in a separate room off main space. Good value. Gym was top notch as well.

Inability to set AC to make the room colder :(
Wonderful hotel close to historical sights, it was extremely easy to see all main attractions. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and nice looking. Staff was very nice. We loved it!

The only thing I found disappointing is that the sauna is closed for maintenance. When asked about when it would be reopened, they seem to have replied that the sauna won't ever be open again.
Prior to my stay there, I emailed the hotel to request for a high floor level and thin pillow. During check-in, the concierge knew of my request before I got to say it which shows that the staff took it seriously. They gave my mum and I a room on level 11 (they had a total of 15 floors) and the pillows were super soft there. The breakfast selection for the buffet was good too!

perhaps the coffee shop can extend its hours until evening the vendo machine only accepts credit card restaurant and room service have limited hours only
clean rooms accessible very friendly and accommodating staff; super helpful. They were all great! location is good; peaceful and quiet area food at the restaurant was good too overall, it was a very pleasant stay. i will definitely come back in the future

Far from subway, it is not suitable for family to travel in winter. The bus network is complicated. Calling a cab from hotel with assitance from the front desk. Need to worry about catching a cab back to hotel. All map and apps are in korea. Tried kakao taxi, bit not easy to identify pick up point easily without help, furthermore it is cold in winter.. Surrounding is too quite, only a Nice to CU conveniece store next to hotel which we visit every night.
Nice to CU convenience store next to it. Staff are helpful. Reaction time from housekeeping and technical support is super fast. Within 5 minutes they come to our room to deliver what we ask and help fix some issue we faced. Shower water is hot all the time. Saunna is good and gym room is big and complete equipment. Room is clean, bath tub is comfortable.

To pay for two hours early check out after 24 hours flight and the room was ready.
Amazing location,many shops,restaurante,metro around. Room are good size. Amazing gym. Breakfast is excellent.

Wish to have more Korean style breakfast choice. Can not find water in the fridge, but other member stay in another room find it.
The room is pretty large for a single traveler and clean. You can find CU and bus stop nearby. Easy to go to Gwangjang market by foot and feel safe to walk around at night.

The AC was a bit loud and was only able to cool down the room to 25 degrees. It was western style, there was no step / area to take off shoes. Not a big issue but not my preference. There was no water dispenser, or anything else to get free water in the lobby. (But room service leaves 2 small Bottles of water when cleaning). The mirror above the sink could've had better lighting (for shaving / makeup).
Was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was nice. We liked it.

Would be good to have GF food options. Room service only works will ~4PM, so no dinner available on site. A bit far from subway stations, so either walk or catch bus.
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Good to have sauna with hot bath on site. Hotel is located next to one of the nicest palaces in Seoul.

Location is quite strategic. 5-10 minutes to subway stations and bus stops are easily walking distance. Close to DDP and Gwanjang Market.
